Property Description
Pet Friendly in Frisco! Cross Creek 300 is a wonderful corner unit with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in the heart of Frisco with 3 decks overlooking the Ten Mile River. Sleeps 4. Big clubhouse with outdoor/indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, game room. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kitchen bar and plenty of prep space. Dining table seats 5 and kitchen bar seats 4. Plus child's high chair in dining area. Updated seating in living room with a river rock wood fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi, cable and board games. Unit has 2 surface parking spaces. Condo is located on the first and second floors with an entrance on each floor. Walk out the deck door to the river. Cross Creek complex has extensive grounds. The south facing decks also view Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. A community grill deck with gas grill is just off the side deck from the kitchen. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding
Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, private bath, flatscreen and private deck with tall table for 2 in master. Listen to the river at night.
~ Queen, flatscreen in closet and shared deck looking toward clubhouse in 2nd bedroom.

Beautiful clubhouse with indoor-outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, billiards, foosball, wet bar and 2 conversation areas. In the summer there is also an outdoor picnic grove and community outdoor kitchen grill area.

Parking
2 surface parking spots (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Location
Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Vail. Easy walk or drive to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Recreation/Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location.

This property is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved eating our lunch on the back porch every day after hiking and listening to the creek that is right off the porch. It is just a short walk to Main Street where we enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Great nearby ski spot

The place was perfect for our needs. It was close to Cooper for skiing. We could easily walk into town, enjoyed the place very much. The clubhouse was great! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pool table. We would stay again!

Cross creek rental

The property was clean and the staff allowed us to check in an hour early. The amenities were a perk, including a pool, hot tub and game room. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Near beautiful Ten Mile Creek

The standout feature of this property is the nearby creek. The bathrooms upstairs are modern and roomy. The kitchen’s drawers and cabinets have labels, which is quite useful. Overall, the condo is satisfactory. However, there is an odd smell on the way upstairs, and it might be better to replace the carpet with a hard surface for cleanliness, especially since dogs are allowed. I would like all communication to occur through VRBO for easier check-in and check-out details.

Relaxing Home In An Excellent Area

Nice property with a relaxing backyard that has Ten Mile Creek about 40 feet from the back door. The condo has just about everything you need to make your stay great. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook, in unit washer and dryer. Fireplace is great. Deck was nice to sit on to watch and listen to the creek flowing. I'd imagine it depends on the time of year, but with all of the snow run off, you can hear the creek from all of the bedrooms. Location is great as it is walkable (about 5-10 minutes) to downtown and it's closer/easier to use the second Frisco exit instead of the main exit. We had to contact the property manager twice. Once as the code listed on the check in e-mail wasn't working and once as the first floor heat stopped working the last afternoon before checking out. They picked up on the first couple rings and called back within minutes like they said they would when they were trying to resolve the issue. It didn't appear the condo was vacuumed before we checked in as there were items found in the carpets of the bedrooms. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom isn't enough for an eight day stay. There's an iron, but no ironing board. Upstairs bathroom door doesn't close. Unless you have a small car or SUV (CX-5 barely fit), it's not going to fit in the garage.
