Oceanfront dog-friendly home with private hot tub, ocean-view sundecks, AC & W/D

It's simple. Grab the family, friends, and some swimwear and head to this beautiful oceanfront home. The ground level has good parking, a carport, a basketball hoop in the driveway, under-house storage, a fish table, a bait fridge in the shed, a gas grill, and easy beach access. Local activities include beachcombing, birdwatching, boating, deep-sea fishing, exploring forests, hiking, history, horseback riding, kayaking, and parasailing. You're close to groceries, a marina, the Marlin Village community, medical services, miniature golf, churches, restaurants, and a bait shop.

Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms with a large deck and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated, with tall ceilings, a renovated kitchen, and a 60-inch TV. There's also an office space with a standing desk—perfect for remote work or online school.

The outside sundecks overlook the ocean, offering a beautiful hot tub and plenty of furniture. The good-sized, third-level loft has a TV with a DVD player. This level is perfect for viewing the sunset over the sound side. This house has been created to Simplify your vacation!

Amenities include an Avon check-in location, an away-from-it-all feel, an oceanfront location, bay/sound views, a well-equipped kitchen, keyless entry, and an outdoor shower.

Things to Know
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility.
The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.

The sheets were not washed when we arrived Wednesday evening. I bought what I needed and then came back and washed sheets for the night. There are also two windows that do not close properly and when it gets windy at night, you can definitely hear the wind coming through them.When I communicated with the management company, they said I had to speak with the local realtor company because that’s who they had referred the business to
. so they suck as a management company.

I’ll be back

Simplify was the perfect choice for our family of five and two dogs. The house is well stocked to assist any dog owner with keeping the house clean—couch covers, dog towels, vinyl runners over the carpets, outdoor hoses to rinse dirty paws—and feet. For the humans, the house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Great spaces both indoors and out to gather as a family. The beach is steps away and almost private as there are only single family homes surrounding. Not a ton to do in Frisco—beach and fish. There is a nearby convenience mart and bait and tackle shop. A few restaurants and a couple shops. Quick drive to Hatteras to visit the marina, take the Ferry to Ocrakoke or visit the shops —including a wonderful ice cream shop—I think it was called fat belly’s. Perfect relaxing trip spent on the beach and in the decks watching and listening to the ocean. Beautiful house, well maintained, slow pace Frisco atmosphere. 10 out of 10!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It offered everything you would need while on vacation. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded for this time of year. The hot tub was a nice treat! The 3 decks allowed for unlimited outdoor seating options to enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back!

Instantly the best ever

There was nothing about this place that hasn’t stuck with me. The kitchen had about everything you’d need, whole house was nice and clean, and the direct access to the beach was amazing. I was especially impressed with the binder at the house with all the local information, tourist guide, menus to local restaurants and suggestions for closest grocery stores which was actually a huge help

Early fall getaway

Fall vacation for my wife and I with our son and his new wife. Large 4 bedroom home right in the dunes. Very well supplied kitchen. I love to cook and kitchen was great. Harbor House Seafood supplied the shrimp and scallops the rest was easy. Beach was beautiful and really quiet. Hot tub was really relaxing in the cool night breeze with the sound of the ocean in the background.

Nice Christmas Getaway

First family trip since pandemic began. The property was spacious and accommodated us well. There were some issues with cleaning. A few of the beds were dirty and cleaning supplies and chemicals were left out in public view, which was unsafe. The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and safe. Would book again.
