The Space:

Welcome to 375 Sea Bass, a beautifully appointed 3-bed, 2.5-bath marshfront retreat just a 5-minute walk (or quick golf cart ride) to beach access. This pet-friendly home includes a 4-seat golf cart and up to 9 guest amenity cardsâmaking it easy to enjoy sunny beach days, pools, golf, dining, and everything Fripp Island has to offer.
Inside, the main floor features a spacious king suite with ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedroomsâone with a king bed and one with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunkâshare a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room with a daybed and trundle adds extra space for guests. All bedrooms include large smart TVs.
The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen that makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy, and a full laundry room adds convenience.
Outdoor living shines in spring and summer, with front and back porches perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. The screened-in porchâcomplete with TV and fireplace tableâis ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Grill on the gas grill or smoker, unwind by the marshfront fire pit under the lights, or rinse off after the beach in the private outdoor hot/cold shower.
The 2-car garage is stocked with everything you need for fun-filled days: bikes, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, racquets, and more. Whether you're at the beach, on the golf course, or exploring the island, 375 Sea Bass is the perfect home base.
Your four-legged family members are welcome (with an additional pet fee), so everyone can enjoy the getaway together.
As the island comes alive in the warmer months, everything you need is right nearby. Spend your days at the beach, lounging by the pools, or enjoying tennis, pickleball, dining, shopping, and ice cream at the Beach Club. In the other direction, explore the marina, golf courses, and Bonito Boathouse. From biking and boating to fishing and wildlife watching, thereâs something for everyone.
Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprising about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes,12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
