This property offers 5 bedrooms all with new cooling memory foam mattresses (purchased in the summer of 2025) and 3 bathrooms with more than enough room for up to 13 guests.  Two kitchens and two living rooms make it perfect for families traveling together.

The open-concept upper level offers updated finishes and 3 well-appointed guest suites, including an oversized primary with a large seating area.  The living and dining rooms are spacious and offer access to the expansive back deck.  From the kitchen and dining area, you can enjoy the large, updated screened porch with a new outdoor dining area along with plenty of deep seating and a fire table.

The kitchen, updated with granite countertops and new stainless steel applicances is fully stocked with everything you need for quick snacks or family dinners.  Extra seating is available at the peninsula island.  

The lower level also has an open-concept living and kitchen setup.  The kitchen is complete with bar seating, full-size stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of storage.  Sliding doors lead to the patios, perfect for morning coffee and alfresco dining.

There are laundry spaces on both the upper and lower levels. 

An outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach, which is just a few minutes walk away. This 2nd row home offers a great location.  When you’re ready to explore the island, there is a six-seater golf cart included with your stay.  An electric vehicle charging outlet is accesible in the garage.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a pet without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
