Welcome to 712 Sea Dragon, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat designed for relaxed coastal living. This open-concept home blends modern elegance with Lowcountry charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends.
Inside, the stylish kitchen features matte white Café appliances, marble countertops, a spacious pantry, and a large island with seating for four. Gather around the dining table for eight for family meals, or enjoy casual bites at the island bar.
The primary king suite, decorated in soothing creams and whites, offers access to the screened porch and a spa-inspired en suite with a walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom, dressed in blues and whites, brings classic coastal flair. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a convenient tub/shower combo.
Outdoor living is at its best with a screened porch, an open deck perfect for grilling, and a fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower and hot tub. Under the front stairs, youâll find a charming picnic area with a swing, offering a shady spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
