Designed for gatherings, relaxation, and unforgettable ocean views, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal style.
Step inside to a spacious living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The newly renovated kitchen features brand-new appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. Adjacent are both a large dining table and a smaller table with stools, providing plenty of options for meals together.
The main living area opens onto an expansive oceanfront deck, complete with two dining tables for effortless al fresco dining by the sea. A cozy study with a sofa and desk offers a quiet spot to read, relax, or catch up on work, and a laundry room adds convenience during longer stays.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 14 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
