Welcome to 707 Silverside - Your Perfect Summer Retreat on Fripp Island. Just steps from the sand and across from beach access #16, this beautifully designed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath coastal home offers the ideal setting for your summer getaway. Located second row from the ocean with ocean views and in the heart of Fripp Island, you'll be within walking distance to the tennis and pickleball courts, 2 pools, Beach Club restaurant, the arcade and more.
Inside, the main level features two spacious living areas, a half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the dining area - perfect for gathering and entertaining. A private king suite with en suite bath is also located on this floor, providing comfort and convenience for guests who prefer first-level access. For ease of mobility, elevator access is available.
Upstairs, youâll find three additional en suite bedrooms:
-Two king suites with private baths
- A bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk - perfect for kids or extra guests.
For outdoor fun, the home includes 8 beach chairs, a charcoal park-style grill, and a Weber gas grill (guest-provided propane). After a day at the beach, gather with family and friends to relax and enjoy the island breeze on the large covered deck with plenty of seating and ocean views.
Hosting a larger group? Pair this home with the neighboring property at 705 Silverside for even more space.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes,12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
