The Space:
446 Tarpon is a dazzling ocean front home located on the south end of Fripp Island. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's gorgeous beach. Centrally located, just a short golf cart ride away from Island Bites, the Beach Club, Sandbar, Olympic size pool, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse and much more. The great room and bedrooms have all new furniture and flooring and the large wraparound deck is newly remodeled and provides a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. Other improvements include new kitchen cabinets and remodeled bathrooms. 446 Tarpon comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.
446 Tarpon is a lovely beachfront home perfect for enjoying all Fripp Island has to offer. There are 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with an identical bed setup as the 1st floor. All 4 bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the rest have a shower. The kitchen, living and dining room offer a wide-open great room that allows plenty of space and room to breathe. The kitchen has granite countertops and an island, with a 2nd sink and an undercounter icemaker. The great room has a 180-degree view of the ocean and beach that will take your breath away.
Features of this home include a gas grill, gourmet kitchen, standalone icemaker and loft area with access to the bedroom's balcony. 6 TVs with Amazon Firesticks and high-speed WIFI allow you to access your favorite streaming apps with ease. YouTube TV is also provided with the home, allowing access to quality live tv comparable to cable. The large, newly remodeled deck wraps around the home and is furnished with new furniture. With plenty of room to socialize, the deck leads down to a private boardwalk allowing you to easily access the beach. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor. The carport has a patio area with a propane grill, and an outdoor shower with changing room for easy beach cleanup. There is room to park 2 cars in the carport and room for 4 more cars/golf carts in the driveway.
The View: Each bedroom offers a deck with a great view of the ocean and beach. The back of the home has a panoramic view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass doors, truly surrounding you with the ocean. One of the best views on the island!

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more.
