The Space:

408 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a beautifully updated first-floor condo located in the heart of Fripp Island—just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and more. With its prime location and easy beach access, this two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is ideal for guests looking to enjoy all that Fripp has to offer.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for convenient meal prep. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a beautifully renovated bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. This bath includes a new vanity, stylish tile, and a tub/shower combination with new glass doors.



The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a mini-split system, a newly upgraded private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a new vanity, and modern finishes, along with fresh paint and a new sliding glass door.



The living area includes a sleeper sofa and also opens to a new sliding glass door leading to the private patio. From here, guests can enjoy gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the community pool—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



This condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers stunning ocean-view patio seating for soaking in the coastal atmosphere.



Units 408 and 411 feature a convenient adjoining door, allowing them to be connected into one larger space—perfect for families or groups traveling together

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
