This light-filled, two-story home features an inverted floor plan that maximizes panoramic views of the golf course and tranquil lagoon from the enclosed sunroom, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.
The upper level is the heart of the home, where six skylights flood the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The chefâs kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island, flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces-ideal for family gatherings or group celebrations. The adjacent enclosed sunroom offers a comfortable, scenic perch for morning coffee or evening relaxation, with breathtaking vistas all around.
Downstairs, three bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to ten guests. The primary suite is a private haven, featuring a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in shower, and a quiet den with a full-size desk-perfect for remote work or important calls. The den also includes a bunk bed with a full lower bunk, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.
