Roche Harbor Waterfront Home sur Westcott Bay - Récemment rénové !!

Profitez de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© de Westcott Bay Ă  quelques minutes seulement de Roche Harbor Resort avec restaurants, bar, marina, boutiques et spa. Notre maison peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement avec 4 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s avec quatre lits jumeaux XL. Nous avons rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© cette maison et elle est prĂȘte Ă  ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Une porte nano Ă  4 panneaux s'ouvre sur la terrasse expansive mĂ©langeant les lignes de l'espace intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec des comptoirs en quartz, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  6 Ă©tages, un concept ouvert avec tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire pour se divertir.

La faune regorge quotidiennement d'aigles, d'oiseaux colibris et de phoques communs. Nous avons trois kayaks monoplaces, un kayak double siÚge, deux planches à pagaie, un canoë et quatre vélos pour votre plaisir. Pagayez à travers la baie pour ramasser des hußtres fraßches ou marchez jusqu'à Roche Harbor pour des fruits de mer frais ou un repas. Le soir, profitez d'un feu de camp, de s'mores et d'une incroyable observation des étoiles. Cet endroit spécial est un endroit incroyable pour se détendre.

Perfect for a family gathering— even better than description.

This home and location are in one of the most magical places in the world. We traveled with a family of four, a family of three, and a grandma. Three kids total ages 3-13. The setting was perfect and walkable to so much Roche Harbor has to offer, even through the Roche Harbor community trails right behind the home. Having watersport gear like the kayaks was so fun. Ping-pong table was wonderful. The kitchen/living/dining space made sweet family memories. The view was beautiful through all weather, and the condition of the overall place was impeccably maintained and cleaner than almost any place I’ve ever been in. The hosts were easy and understanding when we had questions. We’d happily stay here again. Feels like being in a (very neat and tidy!) friend’s home.

2nd Stay Just as Great as the 1st

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay so much last summer we brought my husband’s parents from the east coast back so we could show them the beauty of the San Juans and they fell in love too. The house has so many amenities and is so inviting. We enjoyed views and hanging out on the deck and at the fire pit the most! Looking forward to the next time we could return.

Roche Harbor Adventure

The property owners thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed. The deck was just power washed and had comfortable deck furniture. The kayaks and paddle boards were easily assessed. Just 5 minutes from Roche Harbor resort pickleball courts which were just resurfaced in May 2025. There were just four adults and one canine kid. Thank you for sharing your retreat!

Great Vacation

This is our second time at the property and really enjoyed it again. The spot is beautiful, the house is lovely, very well maintained and well equipped. When we had a door code issue, the owners were super responsive. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful Memorial Day Weekend on Westcott Bay

Our family had a blast in this gorgeous house on beautify Westcott Bay. We walked to Roche Harbor each day, but also enjoyed the lovely deck, kayaks, and well appointed kitchen.

Pictures don't do it justice!

We booked late and I was worried about not having a great choice - this house is awesome!! Great sized rooms, convenient bathrooms that are updated; perfect layout for everyone to hang out. The location is the best! Right up the hill from the sculpture garden, we should have planned more time there! Roche Harbor is a 2 min drive, we ate there twice at both restaurants and picked up coffee in the morning. 15 min drive into Friday Harbor, 10 mins to Lime Kiln. We saw otters and baby fox!! My only comment - and it did not bother us at all; is the spiral staircase to two of the bedrooms. Well stocked, good beds! Thanks!

Tranquil and Restorative

Second time at this property and it certainly lived up to our wonderful memories. Relaxing mornings drinking coffee while the sun comes up over the bay. Fun days exploring island adventures nearby. Delicious food at Westcott Bay Shellfish. And restful and relaxing evenings by the fire in this beautiful home. We’ll certainly be back!

Wonderful stay

This wonderful vrbo did not disappoint! We were fortunate to have amazing fall weather in early October for our stay on San Juan Island. The view of the sunrise over the bay was a real treat. The house was impeccable, well stocked and very comfortable.

Amazing Views

Absolutely beautiful!

Very comfortable for three generations; 20's through 70's. Absolutely beautiful deck for relaxing and enjoying sunrises and sunsets. We'd definitely choose this place again!!

What a gem

We loved this little gem! The view from the deck was stunning. We enjoyed watching for wildlife. We saw cranes, a heron, a seal, deer and a frog. We enjoyed taking the paddle boards and a kayak out. We really had a great time. We’d love to return. The house was well equipped with everything you would need, including boots for the beach.

A little bit of heaven on earth

This lovely home is comfortable, well furnished, and has a great kitchen set up. We loved watching herons and seals on the water, along with a float plane landing. Lovely home in a quiet area

I wish we had more days here. The place is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and an amazing view. I wish we had the time to bike and spend time on the water, but we didn't. We'll definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway near Roche Harbor

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this house again if we return to San Juan Island. The house was well-stocked and comfortable. Everyone said their beds were comfortable, and the layout of the house works really well. Downstairs is the primary bedroom and the bunkroom, and there are two bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck and watching the wildlife - we saw eagles, herons, foxes, and deer. The deck is gated, so we were comfortable letting our dog hang out on the deck, knowing he couldn't escape to chase wildlife. Remember to bring bug spray; we forgot ours and we all had quite a few bug bites. One thing I really appreciate about this house is that there is only one tv in the family room. Our son has ADHD and we have to monitor his electronic usage, so not having tvs in the bedrooms helped with that. The house is in a great location near Roche Harbor Resort. It's a little bit away from the craziness of Friday Harbor, but close enough to a resort that there is plenty to do. You can get day passes to the resort's heated pool, which we did not end up doing, but it's nice to have that as an option. We did visit the dog park and the sculpture garden near the resort, and had dinner one night at one of the resort restaurants. The rest of the time we explored the many outdoor attractions - English Camp, American Camp, Lime Kiln State Park, and more. It was a splendid vacation!

Great location, peaceful bay, beautiful setting

Stayed here three nights for a family gathering with our adult children and small dog. The place was immaculately clean, had a great kitchen, wonderful deck and views. Spiral staircase to the two upstairs bedrooms would be difficult for older people and possibly dangerous for small children but there is a large master bedroom on the main floor. The walk down to the water is also somewhat steep and there isn't a usable beach other than mud at low tide for clamming (boots provided!). We enjoyed kayaking twice but the two-person kayak had a leak, and be aware that it can be a bit of a tussle to get any of the kayaks down over the dock and ladder into the water. Once there though, it's a very peaceful bay and we saw seals, otters, lots of birds, and enjoyed visiting the Westcott Bay shell fish company for a great luncheon. Walkable to Roche Harbor, very cute town, and the HUGE interesting Sculpture Garden. Drove to Lime Point state park and were lucky enough to see Orcas going by! Overall a great location, comfortable clean place for enjoying relaxing view from indoors or on the deck.

Wonderful Stay on San Juan Island

The listing looked amazing but the property was even better than I expected! We all had such a great time and loved this home. The view is wonderful and location is relaxing. Went kayaking, walked to Roche Harbor and sculpture garden, played ping pong, enjoyed cooking, grilling, and the fire pit. Also saw so much wildlife right outside the house. Hoping to return sometime!

Summer Kickoff

Our family of five, including three young boys, had an absolute blast. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, plenty of space for us, and gorgeous views. Easy access down to the water even for our little one (3y). We loved using the kayaks and canoe, going on the water was the boys favorite part! We had no problems finding the property or using the easy entry with the key pad. And there was plenty to do on the island for our entire family to fill each day we were here. We will definitely be back!
