Welcome to the Sun Suiteâa thoughtfully designed retreat nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia, California. This converted secondary unit has been transformed into a dream Airbnb, blending modern amenities with vintage charm to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
The Space
Charming Living Space
As you enter through the French doors, you'll be greeted by a light-filled interior that exudes warmth and style. The professionally designed spaces feature a library ladder leading up to a cozy sleeping loft with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Additionally, a high-quality Murphy bed on the main level ensures restful nights for all guests. The sitting area, complete with a Smart TV, offers a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
Fully Appointed Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with vintage-inspired appliances, combining aesthetic appeal with modern functionality. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find all the essentials you need to make your culinary endeavors a success.
Private Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to discover a quaint back patio that serves as your private oasis. Relax in the steamy spa, always heated and ready for your enjoyment, or take a refreshing dip in the pool during the warm summer months. This outdoor space is perfect for unwinding and soaking in the California sunshine.
Ideal Location
Visalia is known as the "Gateway to the Sequoias," and our suite is conveniently located just a 40-minute drive from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, making it an excellent base for nature enthusiasts. Situated in a desirable neighborhood behind a secure keypad gate, you'll have peace of mind during your stay. The proximity to downtown Visalia means you're just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
Guest Access:
Centrally located, there is easy access to all main streets in Visalia, Hwy 198, and Hwy 99.
Guests have access to the driveway (for parking), the entire unit, back patio, spa, and pool (shared).
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia, just west of downtown attractions such as restaurants, breweries, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, and farmer's markets. The street is lined with trees which become a beautiful spectacle in the fall, and provide shady street parking all summer long. Minutes from College of the Sequoias, the Convention Center, and Kaweah Health. 20 minutes to the World Ag Expo. 40 minutes to Sequoia National Park!
Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

This unit is separate from the main residence. The residence owner does not manage this property. For any questions, please message or call us directly.
The pool is shared with the homeowner and is not heated.
