A study with a sofa-bed, kitchenette and bathroom could be an option for accompanying teens.

The main living spaces include a spacious lounge and dining area with doors opening to a terrace overlooking the incredible landscapes, alongside a pretty kitchen with impressive appliances and a breakfast bar. Despite the remote setting (in a residential quarter with other beautiful houses), it is just a 5-minute winding drive to the country road that connects Mandelieu-La Napoule (12km) and Fréjus (19km) whilst access to the A8 autoroute is around 10km away leading to Nice Airport (42km) in one direction and Aix-en-Provence (138km) in the other.

The nearest village, Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel (7.5km), offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquillity, breathtaking landscapes, and a gateway to the best of the French Riviera.
