Enjoy the gentle way of life in Fréjus in our dual-aspect apartment, located 15 minutes from the beach. Ideally located for exploring the restaurants, shops, and typical markets of the region, including the large Sunday market and the summer night market.
For moments of pure relaxation, a private balcony welcomes you to enjoy your meals outdoors or simply soak up the charm of the Mediterranean climate.
Accommodation features :
- A bright living area with a sofa bed (140x190) and flat-screen TV, opening onto a pleasant balcony for al fresco dining or relaxing ;
- A separate kitchen: Senseo coffee machine with coffee pods and filter coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with 4 hotplates and built-in oven ;
- Condiments (salt/pepper, salad dressing, mineral water) are also provided ;
- One bedroom with a large double bed (140x190) for a good night`s sleep, as well as a large dressing room and plenty of cupboard space ;
- A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Enjoy the balcony and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Free parking is available in the residence.
The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for travelers.
At your convenience, bearing in mind that SMS or email allow for more detailed responses.

1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying under a reservation.

Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers**
2.1 The maximum number of travelers allowed to stay at the premises is set at 4 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host.
Article 3: **Request for Exception**
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of travelers may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability.
Article 4: **Respect for the Premises**
4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.
Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance**
5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.
Article 6: **Modification of the Rules**
6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers.
Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules**
7.1 The reservation and stay at the premises imply full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers.
Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1 Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers prior to occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or violations of these rules during the stay.
8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at âŹ500 and must be paid to the host no later than 1 day before the arrival date.
8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 10 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all the conditions of these rules have been complied with.
8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules.
8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All travelers are asked to act responsibly and considerately during their stay.
**Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management**
9.1 **Eco-Responsible Principles**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment.
9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Travelers agree to: - Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer. - Turn off the heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when the windows are open. - Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner.
9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use.
9.4 **Penalties and Sanctions**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of overconsumption and environmental damage observed.
9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide travelers with all necessary information for eco-friendly use of equipment and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay. This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact associated with their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.
