This beachfront retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, direct access to the sandy shores, bay views, private decks, and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Immerse yourself in the beauty of coastal living while being just steps away from the sun, beach, and relaxation. This condo is the perfect size for a small family getaway. Your dream beach getaway starts here!
The Space:
The beautiful 2BR 1.5BA will comfortably fit your family. The townhome was renovated in 2023. Privacy is provided as each room contains its own Smart TV for you to login to your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This property is great for a family vacation.
The property boasts two separate decks for lounging. This beach front property has a private walkover that will lead you to the beach for a day of fun in the sun.
BEACH: The beach access is located in the shared yard via a private walk over.
BIRD WATCHING: This area is known for its various species of birds. Bring your binoculars to check them out!
FISHING: Bring your fishing gear to try a new skill of surf fishing!
Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole house to themselves.
Other Things to Note:
-This is a BEACH FRONT property! It is also walking distance to Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beach Front Bar & Grill.
- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.
- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
- Water Hose - There is an accessible water hose.
- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.
Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided
-There is a large, shared back yard to enjoy during your stay, please pick up after pets.
-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee.
We are on the City of Surfsideâs water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
Interaction with Guests:
This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
