The property is located in the Texas Gulf Coast's best kept secret - Surfside Beach. Take in the Southern Breeze at this newly remodeled and newly furnished three bedroom and two bath beach haven that sleeps 11.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large covered front and back decks. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with custom cabinet and granite countertop. The second bedroom has two brand new solid wood bunkbeds with a full and twin down and 2 twins up. Top bunk access has stairs for safety and ease of access. The third bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps two. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom with a full tub/shower. All beds have new memory gel mattresses, bedding and pillows to assure a restful night. All bathrooms are furnished with new towels and hair dryers.

The beautiful updated kitchen is accented with tile backsplash and granite countertops. Start the morning on the ocean view deck with a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. Cozy up on the new living room furniture while enjoying the glow from the electric fireplace and high ceilings. The couch pulls out into a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory gel mattress. The large open dining area seats 10 comfortably along with a spacious 11-foot kitchen counter seating for four. The kitchen it equipped with all new utensils, dinnerware, blender, toaster oven and more to make you feel like you are in your own kitchen.

Wood floors throughout, washer/dryer, and wine refrigerator are just some of the added amenities. The entire house is on a new water purification system and has a new AC system installed in 2022. Guests can enjoy the charcoal grill, picnic table and enclosed shower downstairs. If you are not ready to "unplug" that's OK, this home comes with WiFi and Direct TV services.

The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with no public vehicle access. Your just 300' to the waves and sand. Put your toes in the sand, go fishing, crabbing, kayaking, surfing or just relax on the beach. Plan a family trip, or enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July or New Years. Build a sand castle by day and have a beach bonfire at night.

Take walks on the long jetty on the south end of Surfside Beach while watching the dolphins play. Nearby Historic Galveston has a great shopping strand, Moody Gardens, historic homes art gallery’s and a host of restaurants and attractions. If you are wanting to stay close to home enjoy the fun of two great restaurants, Seahorse Bar and Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar and Grill (outdoor seating, music, volleyball, swings, drinks and more) that are within walking distance and right on the beach.

Clean house!

Had a great stay! The house was really clean, Cinda was awesome, and the check in was very easy. She even agreed to let us stay a couple of hours later so the kids could have another day at the beach. Thank you so much! The only downfall was it was hot in the house during the day, which was miserable after being on beach. It cooled down usually middle of night. Other than that, it was an awesome house and we will stay again!!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is amazing. Highly recommend this place if you have young kids. Its located about 3 houses from the beach, its an easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip

Beachy Time

Spent a lovely long weekend here in October. Living space is very comfortable in family room, large dining table and kitchen. Kitchen was very well stocked (more so than other VRBOs where we’ve stayed). Three bedrooms were cozy, and beds were comfortable. Back deck (two levels) had good views of beach. Short walk to Seahorse Bar & Grill.

Wonderful Beach Getaway for Families

Great beach house about 3 houses away from the beach. You can see the ocean from the front deck. Large kitchen, dining, and living room makes it the perfect place for a family get together. All of the beds were comfy, and the bunk room has tons of toys for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, and even has toddler plates and silverware. Cinda is very responsive if any issues arise, and the house is VERY clean. The decor is top notch and up to date. We loved this house and hope to visit again soon. This is probably one of the better rentals we've had in Surfside

“Best day ever”

We are from Idaho. We were here to pick up our daughter from her mothers. We met up with some friends and family that lives here in Texas. There were 4 adults and 4 children 12,7,4 and a 6 month old. We spent the day at the beach. The house is stocked with beach toys and chairs! It was an epic day at the beach. Then we came back and bbqed back at the house. Where our family and friends came for the evening. There was 18 of us for dinner and we had plenty of plates and dishes to boast everyone. The food was amazing. The company was even better. And while we’re were eating the 4 year old said “this is the best day ever” and I couldn’t agree more! Thank you for everything!!

Absolute gem!

We’ve made Surfside our home for summer vacations for the last three years, and this property was voted our favorite by our whole party! We usually do beachfront, but this property was just as good, being a 1 minute walk to the crossover. This was BY FAR the cleanest and best equipped house we’ve rented in Surfside! Half the stuff we took was already there waiting for us! Toys and games galore downstairs, and towels, kitchen necessities, and anything you could need upstairs! The downstairs area was my favorite of all house we’ve rented. Super clean and organized, and plenty of space to rinse off in the outdoor shower and hang out after a long day on the beach. Couldn’t be more happy with the value of this rental. Only regret is we weren’t there longer!
