The Mermaid’s Tale is perfect for any family looking for a great beach vacation. Located just 20 steps to the sand this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house rental is located on the Middle Beach Area in Surfside Beach, Texas.

Outside you will find a spacious, partially covered & uncovered decks with a relaxing porch swing where you can sit and enjoy beautiful beach views along with all of the sights and sounds of the gulf waters. Under the house is another shaded area for you and your guests to gather while BBQing, play cards or yards games.

Inside is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area perfect for everyone to visit whether you are the one cooking or the one(s) hanging out with family and friends. Share a bowl of popcorn while you watch a movie or laugh while playing games. This space is designed with multiple sitting / gathering areas for all to enjoy.

All four bedrooms are on the backside of the house with a bathroom situated at each end of the hall. Each bedroom has a SmartTV. Also, in the hallway is the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Very easy walk to the water from the community beach access point between the two beach front homes or with a beach permit you can load your beach toys and kiddos in the car and make a quick trip out on the beach, set-up your space for the day, leaving your car to bring your beach gear back to the house at the end of the day.

We now offer optional linen service to fit your needs and budget:

• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!
