The rate is based on up to 4 guest only. The 2 comfortable barrel chairs round out the living/leisure area. You will enjoy the relaxing view from your sleeping area as it has a full view of the beautiful blue water. The unbelievable fully equipped kitchen is made up of a full size refrigerator, full size oven range, microwave, toaster, Kerurig coffee maker and all the essentials to prepare anything from an appetizer to a gourmet meal. The center Island is for you for enjoying happy hour together, dinner sitting or just playing that fun card game. The washer and dryer are in the unit for your personal convenience along with an iron and ironing board. The no clutter walk-in closet is a perfect space for storing your luggage and your personal belongs. The bathroom is furnished with lush towels, toiletries and beach towels. Step into a spacious and luxurious walk-in shower after a day of traveling around or from spending a relaxing day at one of the many beautiful beaches. This neighborhood is quite, safe with a beautiful blue canal. We are only a 15 walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive by car to the colorful Lucaya Market Place, restaurants and gift shopping. While in the area there is a golf course for all the golfers. The Sea Horse Shopping Center is where you will find a fully stocked Solomon’s Grocery Store and a Deli that offers the salad fixings or Bahamian dishes for you to takeout. Also in the shopping center is a liquor store to buy your favorite spirit or even buy a fresh pizza in the center. For all the divers, you can take the dive boat in the immediate area for an ocean dive. If you want that snorkeling trip on your own day trip, just drive to Deadman’s Reef at Paradise Island and then treat yourself to a conch salad right there. Another day trip is going to Bishop’s on the beach at High Rock and enjoy his special cracked conch. Oh So Good!! Another day you could spend at the beautiful beach at Banana Bay and walk out in the ocean at low tide followed by a super lunch on the beach. This is a must!!
