We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Blue Pearl! The house was spacious and comfortable. The host was excellent & easy to communicate with. The house could use a few updates, but overall, it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Spring Break for moms and teens

The house has a wonderful layout, is stocked with games, beach toys, kitchen items, and even has a second fridge. It really had everything we needed (plenty of towels!) with an amazing location - clean, safe, with direct access to the beach. The hosts were super responsive when we had a minor hiccup with the toilet flushing, and checkout procedures were very reasonable. We’d love to stay again and get a few more days at the beach!

We had an awesome time. The house is right on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable. It was stairs on one side and a ramp on the other. That made getting stuff up much easier.

Spacious beach house with private access!

We had a wonderful time with kids and grandparents at this location, and all had plenty of room to sleep. It was really nice having direct (and private) access to the beach and not having to load up our vehicles or make long hauls with beach supplies back and forth! The hosts were responsive and very polite. We would gladly visit this house again!

Highly recommend!!

Our large four generation family had an amazing stay here! This house is stocked with everything you could think of to enjoy your beach vacation! The beds were all comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for our group, never felt crowded. The location is amazing, with private walk out straight to the beach. The host was quick with communication and answered all our questions about the house/area. We had one family member who uses a wherlchair at times, and the first floor accommodations were great for her. Of note, city hall lets you borrow beach wheelchairs, and they fit down the beach walkway perfectly! If we can get all our group together again, this will definitely be our choice to stay!!

Perfect Surfside Beachfront House

The Blue Pearl was perfect for our weekend at Surfside! It is nestled right in the middle stretch of the beach. It accommodated our group of 16 comfortably. We loved sitting on the balconies watching and listening to the waves crash. So peaceful! Easy 10 minute stroll along the beach to nearest restaurant. Communication with host was terrific!

Family Gathering was perfect :))

Communication was fast and efficient!!! This was the nicest beach house I have ever stayed at without a doubt. (The details were so welcoming) Check in was great, any questions I had got answered within minutes. Most importantly the location was perfect. The ramp on the side helped me walk up my handicapped family members with ease. The rooms were big and spacious. I would definitely be booking again!

best big house on the beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Pearl! The hosts were fantastic and had great communication with us! The house was immaculate and very spacious for our party of 18-20. Never felt crowed, had great seating and a nice big round table for eating and playing. The decor was absolutely cute and appropriate for the location. The grass and shrubs around the boardwalk to the beach was beautiful. The house was clean and spotless, which is so nice bc staying in a place that has areas that haven't been cleaned is annoying. There was so many fun things to use at the house, like beach toys, chairs and games for the inside and outside of the house. The house was fully stocked on the basic things you would need while staying at a VRBO. The thoughtfulness that went into every detail was amazing, I have stayed at many houses and hotels and this has been the best so far! Beautiful house to stay at, we loved it and would stay her again.
