Le Blue Sandcastle est une maison 4 BDR en bord de mer conçue de maniĂšre architecturale pour une occupation par 2 familles en mĂȘme temps. À chaque Ă©tage, il possĂšde une chambre principale, une chambre secondaire, une salle de bains, un salon avec des unitĂ©s de climatisation sĂ©parĂ©es. La cuisine et la «grande salle» sont toutes deux situĂ©es au niveau principal. Le Sandcastle a Ă©galement une promenade privĂ©e sur la plage et plus de 600 pieds carrĂ©s de terrasse extĂ©rieure (y compris une terrasse couverte au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage). De plus, vous aurez accĂšs Ă  un barbecue extĂ©rieur, des chaises de terrasse, 2 tables de pique-nique, 2 rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs / congĂ©lateurs, lave-vaisselle, four, cuisiniĂšre, W / D, chauffe-eau sans rĂ©servoir et un parking couvert de ciment pour au moins 6 vĂ©hicules.

Le Blue Sandcastle est Ă  seulement 60 minutes au sud de Houston et Ă  moins de 3 km des restaurants, des dĂ©panneurs, des sports nautiques, des parcs aquatiques, des jetĂ©es de crabe et bien plus encore! What a great stay! The house was very clean and had lots of room for the 11 of us. It also had two refrigerators! The beds were comfortable, outdoor furniture was fantastic and the AC worked great! The proximity to the beach was amazing, as well as the view! Patti was so easy to work with and responded very quickly when we had questions. I’m sure if we head that way again, we will try to stay at this place!

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Large Family!

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Surfside! Our family of 13 had plenty of space, and everything about the home exceeded our expectations.The location couldn't have been better—right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views from the deck and living areas. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise each morning was unforgettable.The house was clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable for a large group. There was plenty of seating, beds, and room for the kids to play and adults to relax. The open layout made it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether we were cooking meals, playing games, or just lounging around.Communication with the host was top-notch—quick, clear, and friendly every step of the way. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly.If you're looking for a perfect beachfront escape for a big group, this is the one. We’ve stayed here 3 times for the 4th of July and will be back again next year!!

This was our 4th year at this vrbo, as usual there was an abundance and then some if everything we needed. It's practically turn key just show up w personal items most everything is in stock. Great Family Getaway!

My family and I came down while Surfside was still cleaning up from Beryl and the power was just restored the day before we were to arrive. I was in contact with Patti during the days before and even though she was dealing with her own issues with her home she was still able to get some new carpet and clean up done for us so we could still have our trip. She was very upfront as to the conditions that were still present and what we should expect and there was not a thing that she was wrong about, even the mosquitos. Thank you Patti for all you and your family did for my family so this could still happen. It was a great trip!

The home was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need plus some and the two refrigerators were a huge bonus. Patti is a wonderful hostess and very easy to communicate with. The beach walkover was destroyed by hurricane Beryl, just a few weeks prior to our stay, but the beach access road was just two lots away. Beautiful Home

This is our second stay at this beautiful home! The home is located right on the beach, with sweeping views from all areas/bedrooms of the house. The home is stocked very well with anything you may need in the kitchen! We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and let me tell you! You will never see a better firework show anywhere!!! It was amazing. The home offers plenty of space for up to 14 people comfortably. Love this place and our family will be back!

The Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This is the perfect property for a family beach getaway in Surfside. The house is clean and has great space, in that there is an main floor and upstairs living area with televisions. The kitchen is open concept and perfect for group gatherings. The beds are very comfy - we all had a great nights x 3 sleep! I have never seen a better stocked kitchen, as far as any pan, dish or utensil you might need to use. I think maybe the best thing was the walkway over to the beach. Perfect! The water is stinky and not for drinking-this is normal for any beach house in this area. Bring water. Be sure to shut the door after you walk in so you don't get mosquitos in the house. Mosquitos are normal for this area. Water from recent rains sits out in the grassy dunes all down the beach, and you get mosquitos. The wonderful ocean breeze kept them away 95% of the time so this was not a problem. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back veranda, in the beautiful chairs. We would definately return to rent this beach house again!

Perfect Week at the Beach

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for what we were looking for
 easy beach access from the house and close to vehicle access points for when we wanted to drive our tent, coolers, etc. to our spot on the beach. This area of beach was not overcrowded at all during our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of comfortable seating in the common areas and the beds were all very comfortable as well. The second living space upstairs was great for the night owls in the family to watch TV or read. We would definitely stay here again!

We normally car camp up and down the beach all year, but once a year we splurge and get a house, and this house was a great choice! There are little details here that make the difference. Plenty of towels and blankets, paper products provided. The staircase is carpeted! This may not sound like a big deal, but carpet in a beach house is rare and appreciated. This house is tall so there is a great view of the beach side and the bay side - sunrise and sunset. Lots of stuff to cook with, even an Instant Pot. Two large dehumidifiers. Also if you splurge on anything when renting a beach house - pay to have a beach front house with a walkway. The convenience of going back and forth so easily in the heat is worth the cost if you can afford it. This house is on the free beach, which means you don't need to buy a sticker to drive on it. This area doesn't have bars and restaurants within walking distance like Surfside, but it is less crowded so we always prefer it. The county water is bad - it's bad everywhere and particularly right now because of the transition - so don't blame the property owners. Bring lots of water to cook with and be prepared for an unpleasant smell in the shower. If you don't believe me just join a couple of the Surfside facebook groups and watch the frustration for yourself. Overall a really great place. Every year we get a different house depending on budget and needs, but this one was so great we might just be back!

Family Vacay

This place has everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacay. Location is awesome, view is beautiful. The amenities were perfect for our family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked w every type of pan, cooking device, serving utensil, plates, cups, etc. Floor plan is great for entertaining. All kinds of indoor and out door toys for kids. The owner / manager was awesome to work with. Yes- you have to bring drinking water, but we do that anyway, no matter where we go. We had a great time in a beautiful home on the beach!!

Family Beachhouse

The purpose of our vacation was for a week of healing after the lost of our son, my daughter's only brother,and our grandchildren's favorite uncle.The beachhouse was just perfect for the three families that stayed. It had a warm and fuzzy feeling , a home away from home. The kitchen couldn't have been stocked better. Beds were amazing and lots and lots of pillows. The web site mentioned you could experience issues with reception but we did not experience any issues with the cable TV,Wifi,or cell phone reception. I will say Saturday the beach was super busy and so was the evening traffic, but the rest of our stay it was quiet and peaceful. Washer/dryer were awesome. I think the only improvement I could suggest would be to invest in a filter system for drinking water. However, this was not a surpise as we knew ahead of time and made sure to have plenty on hand. Patricia did respond quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Overall our family had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay

We had a group of 12 family members, ranging in age from 16-80. Every single person LOVED this home and rated it a 10/10 in every way-location, cleanliness, amenities, beauty. My daughter is disabled and can't walk far, but she had no trouble getting right to the beach and back due to the close proximity, right out the front door and across the walkway. I chose this home, and thank goodness my entire family is still raving about our stay.
