We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful beach house! There were 12 adults and 2 kids (1 toddler, 1 baby), and we all fit comfortably. The downstairs back patio (facing the ocean) was so nice, great place to hang out and relax. We loved the proximity to the beach, it was so easy to walk there and back. You can also drive onto the beach, which is nice if you want to haul a lot of stuff down there. The water was very nice while we were there, no seaweed (yay!) and the sand was very clean. The sound system in the house (controlled via phone app) was really nice too, made it fun and easy to listen to music throughout the whole house. Showers were great, had no problems with running out of warm water. Downstairs layout if open and perfect for socializing. We used the kitchen quite a bit (cooked 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners) and it had everything we needed. If you are a picky cook who doesn't like non-stick pots and pans, you might want to bring your own preferred stainless steel frying pan. The two fridges was a great touch, and we did use the washer/dryer a couple times. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. And the owner was so wonderful to communicate with, she was super easy to get in touch with and left very good instructions on how to arrive and get inside the house. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

A Luxurious Coastal Retreat: The Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay at this luxury waterfront beach house was nothing short of unforgettable—a perfect destination for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning water views, thoughtfully designed decor, and top-notch amenities. The house was pristine and incredibly spacious, with every detail curated for comfort and relaxation. The expansive deck was undoubtedly the highlight, offering the perfect setting for morning coffees with breathtaking sunrises and evening gatherings under a starlit sky listening to the waves. Inside, the luxurious finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms made it easy to feel at home. A standout feature was the beautifully lit coral display above the kitchen cabinets, a unique touch that added to the coastal charm. The indoor elevator was a practical and welcome addition, making it effortless to transport luggage and groceries. For outdoor enthusiasts, this home is a dream come true. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the community pier just steps away from the property. Our daughter’s first crabbing experience was a joy to witness—she even caught some impressive crabs! We even got to do some fishing off the pier. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, became our favorite spot for hours of treasure hunting for seashells and beach glass. This beach house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with the owner was perfect. We can’t wait to return and create more cherished memories!

A great place to stay!

I highly recommend this house and owner! Everything about the home is high-end and we couldn't be happier. The kitchen is well-equipped with large appliances, small appliances, tableware, dishes and so much that we could ever want or need. Very impressive! Everything in the house is extremely clean and neat, which I appreciate so much. We have two large families that cook from scratch, so having two really nice refrigerators came in so handy. There are also two very nice washers and dryers. There is very generous seating, both in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a large bar with bar stools around it. The dining table is plenty big. The master suite downstairs is jaw-dropping. The bed seems to wrap around you with a hug. The bathroom is well-equipped, and the shower is to die for. Upstairs, there are two great bedrooms with luxurious en suites plus an amazing bunk room with queen beds on bottom and twin beds on top. The kids loved it. The elevator was key to the whole vacation both for one of the grandparents to access the upper floors, and for easy transport of luggage and groceries. Outdoor furniture is top-notch and comfortable. We used the charcoal grill twice. I would definitely rent this house again. We were well taken care of. The owner communicated with us very well. I cannot think of anything that could be better. I highly recommend this property!

A Perfect Beach Getaway: Luxury and Relaxation Combined

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful two-story home near Galveston. The house is elevated to prevent flooding and has a covered area underneath, equipped with games, grills, and picnic tables, perfect for a relaxing day out of the sun. Both back decks are furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and feature Bluetooth speakers installed in the roofs, enhancing our outdoor activities like meals and game nights. The decks offered a serene spot to enjoy the sunrise and bird watching in the mornings, and in the evenings, they were ideal for watching the sunset, beachgoers, and bonfires. The house overlooks the beach, with public access less than half a mile away. The interior of the house truly stood out. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the open kitchen/living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the decks on both floors. An indoor elevator made moving between floors convenient, and the first-floor freestanding tub was a hit with the kids. This home offers the best combination of luxury and beach relaxation you can ask for without traveling to California or Florida. The host was amazing, providing everything from playing cards to a fully stocked kitchen with dining sets and cookware. I searched for something we needed to buy from the store, but the host had thought of everything. Multiple ovens, washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers made our trip delightful. We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect Family Beach Week

The home is an absolute 5 star retreat. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully planned and decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished and decorated for style and comfort. The mattresses are heavenly and the towels and linens are top of the line. The bunk room comfortably slept my nephew and all his buddies while allowing the other suites to be enjoyed by the adults. The elevator was incredibly useful for my elderly mother as well as bringing the suitcases and groceries upstairs. The upstairs patio give the perfect views of the ocean and panoramic sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor furniture is top of the line and we enjoyed dining Al fresco while taking in the sound of the ocean waves. The kitchen

 my chef son in law didn’t want to leave it. The host was amazing and stood by through text and calls to answer any questions we may have had. I just truly was overwhelmed with the beauty and peace of this home and am so thankful to have enjoyed it with my family. Without any hesitation, we will be back for another vacation.
