Welcome to one of the finest properties on Ossipee Lake! This private lake home with large sandy beach is available for vacation rental for only about 7 summer weeks per year. This custom home offers expansive lake views from almost every room. This property has everything for your lake vacation: a large, private yard with perfect lawn, 750 sq ft Trex deck, covered patio below, dock with sitting area, 3 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, etc. There’s even a swingset for the kids! There is a sandy beach with a weed les, sandy bottom. The beach has a gradual slope… great for swimming. The loon and whippoorwill calls will add to your memorable vacation.
The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 with California King beds, 1 with a Queen bed,and the "kids room" on the main level has space for up to 4 little ones. Mattresses are all high quality, and mostly memory foam type. There is a full bathroom on each floor. There is a living room on the main level with a flat screen TV and DVD player, along with a large 4-season porch. On the lower level is another family room with another flat screen TV and DVD player. Other TVs are in the master bedroom and the kids bedroom. Fast Wi-Fi !
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, and the dining table seats 8. There is a gas grill on the deck. The deck has a dining set as well as other seating. There is also plenty of seating on the 2-level private beach.
Most ceilings are 9 to 10 feet, except for the lower level. The house is kept very clean by the owners.
The upper level master bedroom has a private balcony directly overlooking the beach and Berry Bay, offering beautiful sunrises and star gazing.
There is a canoe for use, as well as 2 Kayaks. A 23 foot pontoon boat is available separately for rent to those who have a boaters license (from any state).
Drinking water is super clean (tested in 2024 for purity).
There is parking for up to 4 vehicles.
This lake house is located 25 minutes from North Conway in the White Mountains, and 25 minutes from downtown Wolfeboro on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. There are many attractions nearby, and there are golf courses within 20 minutes as well. Mt. Washington is about a 2-hour drive. There are restaurants in Ossipee, North Conway, Wolfeboro, and Wakefield, as well as over the state line in Maine ( 5 miles to the east).

(1) Due to new town short-term rental laws, this house now has a STRICT LIMIT OF 8 GUESTS.
(2) This home is RENTED PRIVATELY TO FAMILIES ONLY. Non-family groups are allowed, and no loud parties are allowed. NO SMOKING is allowed on the property. Quiet hours after 10pm except 11 pm Saturday evening.

(3) DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE FOR 2 WEEKS OR LONGER.

(4) BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED UNLESS YOU PREFER TO BRING YOUR OWN. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (PLEASE BRING BEACH TOWELS).
