The porch (shared with Apt 1) is perfect for a glass of Rosé with string lights & plants galore! #junemotelvibes Stroll downtown for a girls' night out or wander across the train bridge for a night out at Picaroons! The studio is located on Saunders Street so everything is walkable. Get the girls together for some Rosé and board games or take in the foodie scene downtown!

THE SPACE
Rosé All Day King Flat. Enjoy the retro vibes that this home offers. White and clean luxurious look and lots of cool details to discover! This retro vibe construction features a light and airy interior with plenty of sun from the big window & room-darkening shades. All within easy walking and biking distance to all of the fun on the Saunders St. of Fredericton!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Rosé All Day King Flat sleeps up to 3 guests. You'll have 1 king bed and a sofa couch in the living room. We also have a small cozy roof sloped bathroom with toilet and tub. We only have shower head in the tub and not mounted on the wall.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
The studio is located on Saunders Street so everything is walkable. Get the girls together for some Rosé and board games, or take in the foodie scene downtown! A few minute's drive away from the restaurants, the hospital of Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional, the Boyce farmers market, & the University of Brunswick.

Excellent 2nd storey downtown apartment

Easy check-in, fast response time for communicating with the host and many amenities including TV and couch in cozy living room, pots and pans, a microwave, a stove and oven in the kitchen, dining room with table and chairs. The only thing was that the bathroom shower head was low because of the low hanging ceiling. Thanks for hosting us!

The location was great and the property was cute and well maintained. Check-in time is a bit late (not until 4 pm) which was a bit disappointing. Also, there is not a real shower. The property is very old, so there is no room for a real shower, so all there is is a very old tub, with a removable hose attached to the faucet and the ceiling is slanted so you couldn’t stand anyway. The high cost of this unit is ridiculous for a location that feels like camping when it’s time to shower, and there was no mention of the lack of a shower in the listing. Was quite disappointed with that.

Very nice, clean apartment. When we were missing something, Julie made sure it was there by the end of the day. The recycling in Fredericton is a little confusing though. There was garbage in each container. My suggestion would be to label them. Great place to stay. 5 stars!
