BREAKFAST - None provided; coffee & teas are left for you

The Wein Cottage is dog-friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $33/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

We enjoyed having a whole house that was pet friendly for visit to Fredericksburg. The neighborhood is very quiet and walking our pet was enjoyable. There is also a fenced in backyard. We stay at a lot of vrbos and this one had the most we’ve ever seen in terms of supplies. Tge kitchen is very well equipped, although we ate out every night. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the visitor center which is the perfect place to park and walk up and down Main Street. After a day of exploring we enjoyed coming back Wein cottage to relax for the evening. A must must see is the National Museum of the Pacific War !! Also highly recommend to book a wine tasting at Inwood Estates! And go to Wildseed Farms andLuckenbachWe stayed 5 nights and there is still so much more to do. We plan to return. Thankyou Wein Cottage.

The house was comfortable, but there were 5 of us and not enough chairs or room to all sit at dining table. Also, the supplies were not sufficient for our 3 day stay. We had to purchase paper towels and refill soap dispensers. Also it was a good thing we brought our own shampoo as there was only one bottle. We washed the master comforter as it was dirty.

This is a good location. It is a little off from the main street but still not very far. Love that the master bedroom is somewhat separated. Great hosts and very responsive.

21st birthday trip

The house was super cute. It was decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed hanging out back and built a fire in the pit. Great location. We had a great trip.

Clean and comfortable house for a girls' weekend

We loved our stay at the Wein Cottage. The house was very clean with a great location. The beds were amazing - I usually don't sleep well when traveling but the Wein cottage was set up perfectly for my needs and I slept very well. I went with my mom, my friend and her mom. And the house was set up great and we had plenty of room to spread out. The back porch area was a great place to sit and catch up at the end of the day.

Birthday Celebration

We stayed 3 nights at the property. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. It was clean and had all the necessities. We were able to drive to downtown easily and enjoy all Main Street had to offer. We were also 15-20 minutes from most wineries and Enchanted Rock. We would definitely stay at the property again!

The grass, what there was of it in the front yard needed to be cut and also in the back yard. The dogs next door began barking at 4am and woke us up. Never could get the A/C to stay on. I believe it was controlled remotely by someone else. Night sleeping was very uncomfortable. Also why should I have to remove the sheets from the bed. I found that to be a little much.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming property! It was very clean and the decor is modern and fresh. They had all the amenities we needed - including extra Keurig coffee capsules - and the location was accessible to both the town of Fredericksburg and a short drive to Enchanted Rock. Great Quiet Place to Stay

This house and location was fantastic! Very close to main and the grocery store. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was great to have as a get-away trip. The house was very clean and there were plenty of supplies there when we needed them.

Wein cottage was lovely! Very well appointed and just perfect for our stay! Only issue for us was the beds were not comfortable, but if people like ultra firm, I am sure they would be fine. I absolutely recommend this property!

Super cute and so clean adorable house!

We all LOVED our stay here! The whole place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed but didn't eat many meals in since we were on the go quite a bit. The house could have been a bit closer to town, but we had a car and also Uber worked well and was not expensive. The rooms and amenities were just perfect and we loved the TVs with all the options. Thank you for the great stay in this charming house!

Beautifully Designed Home

Great property as was close to Main Street and several local attractions. Its beautifully designed furniture made everyone feel comfortable. The owners even had toys, a high chair, and a bassinet for use by our one-year old.
