The Helix Haus is a beautiful, chic private house perfect for rest, relaxation and fun in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg just 0.7 mile off main street. This home is complete with beautifully decorated interior, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, gas fire place, vanity room with makeup mirrors, hot tub, grill, fabulous indoor/outdoor game room, fire pit, Wifi, and 70in TV with cable. This impeccable home has everything you would need for the perfect stay to make wonderful memories with your family and friends! Pour yourself a glass of wine and stay awhile. We have special rates for extended stays! The most common thing we hear after a guest’s stay is they wish they stayed longer!

The Helix Haus is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which comfortably sleeps 10 people.

This home includes a beautiful kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, dishware, cooking items and place settings for 12 people. Coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker with some K-cups (but also please bring your own to use and share), 12 cup traditional coffee maker with bean grinder, tea and hot cocoa. The pull-up bar seats 4 and the eat-in chic farmhouse style kitchen seats 10.

- Large sectional couch, perfect to gather around. We seriously get SO many compliments on this couch!

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with adjoining full bathroom to Bedroom #2 which includes two queen beds with vanity makeup mirrors and a Ring Light, perfect to Tik Tok or Reel to your hearts content. Bedroom #3 includes a king bed and Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located next to bedrooms #3 and #4. All bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, hotel collection pillows and fine linens.

*Our home is located in a residential area close to Historic Main Street. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. A Minut noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City Ordinance.

The Helix Haus is located 0.7 miles off of the famous Fredericksburg Main Street where you will find wineries, breweries, shopping, museums, restaurants, music halls and a vast array of history.

For complete booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with your email and home address as well as provide a $300 security deposit. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez. Every renter will also be charged Damage Protection ($47) after booking.
