Summary:

Enjoy something different in Fredericksburg. Your stay will be in a comfortable and cozy in a renovated 1970's Airstream Landyacht, to create a warm and welcoming space. Relax on a comfortable queen-sized bed with cotton bedding. Enjoy a warm, relaxing soak in the hot tub. Wake to a fresh cup of coffee and views of the deer. Being less than 3 miles from downtown Fredericksburg, a short drive will put you right in the middle of it all!



The Space:

This beautiful Airstream is located on our family ranch owned since 1890!



Outdoor space:

- Large private front deck with private caliche driveway and ample parking for 2+ vehicles. (Parking in the grass also available)

- Large Deck: Hot tub, outdoor dining table for 4 people, outdoor propane grill with extra propane



Guest Access:

Guests have access to their Airstream and the grassy space around it. You will have full access of the 10 acres that is shared with two cabins and another vintage Airstream! They do not have access to other gated parts of the property.



This is an active ranch; foxes, cows, sheep, dogs, mice, scorpion and other animals/insects do run wild. We of course do our best with traps and bait to keep pest and animals at bay.



Other Things to Note:

The Airstream provides a private stay, but the grounds are shared with three additional rental units. You may see other guests during your stay.

**Please Note: There is some recent active construction taking place on the property during daytime hours.



Please note that spaces including bathrooms are small in a camper.



If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
