Host gave great information about the place. Backyard was huge and had a nice patio with plenty of seating and a hot tub. House was old and a little creaky, same with the back bedroom mattress. Not the most comfortable. It is an odd layout with 2 bedrooms connected and a bathroom leading into a bedroom and laundry room. Antique door knob to the backyard constantly fell off when using the door. Minor cleanliness issues like visible dust on the ceiling, dirty and clogged hand soaps, old food odor in the house, sticky dining table, and no dish soap for washing dishes. Overall, a cozy & cute home for a small group weekend getaway! Not too far from Main Street and wineries!

Girls Trip

The house was as promised. Our concerns were able to be addressed with the owner and resolved relatively quickly. The only issues we had were the following: 1. Ceiling fan in guest bedroom 1 didn’t work2. Thermostat was set to 80 when we arrived. Not good when it’s mid July in Texas! After adjusting, thermostat went back to 80 while we were out on Day 2, making for unhappy tired ladies when we returned.Overall this place was just as described in the listing and we would stay here again!

Morning. Thank you for the Accommodations. Great location to Main Street. Hot tub was a plus. Had to clean it a little in order to use but family and friends loved addition. Middle bedroom had a rail busted or loose and sticking out under bed. My daughter found it walking by from room to room, cut her leg walking by. Might look into it. I pushed rail under bed to better hide. Causing little damage to flooring. Overall great experience for a quick night stay.

Perfect Stay for a Bachelorette

This house was just perfect for our group. I was having a hard time finding a spot around here that had plenty of beds, was in a great location, and had a cute vibe—and this place totally checked all the boxes. My 10 friends and I were super comfortable, and we all loved it.Blake, our host, was really on top of things. When we needed an ironing board, he sent one right over. The checkout was a breeze too, which made leaving so much easier. Overall, we had an awesome time and I loved staying here

Bachelorette in the Fred

Host, Blake was extremely communicative from the very beginning — even recommended locations to stop at. Super appreciative of all the information he provided and his helpfulness. The Good Haus was perfect for hosting a large group. It was located minutes from main st, aesthetic, clean and had a very large backyard for activities. My guests and I were able to do a full Pilates class outside in the backyard. The Fredericksburg mural in the living room made for perfect photo ops, and a memorable bachelorette trip. The Good Haus came quipped with everything you would need kitchen wise and even included a few spices. I throughly enjoyed my stay and so did my guests, 10/10 would stay again if I was traveling with a large group. Stay at the Good Haus, you won’t regret it :)

Working crew work trip

Air conditioning not working at all there are fans but for a working crew that works out side in sun to come home to a hot house is a no go for us. There is not a main kitchen trash can to put all the trash and take it out. There were no trash bags for the restroom trash cans. In one of the rooms only the ceiling fan works not the light. How ever there is a lamp. Over all it was okay. Not what we were expecting.

What a nice place to stay and enjoy Fredericksburg. Loved shopping in town, visiting Luckenbach, eating at Pasta Bella and coming home to a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Great place close to everything.

Perfect home for our family vacay!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. We booked this home for our annual summer family vacation and we loved everything about it! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly! The backyard was perfect! With so much things to do with our family. (Kids and adults). The house was clean and had anything we could possibly need for a whole week stay! All the shops were not far away! Host was so friendly and checked in and updated us the whole time. The whole family is already planning a winter trip and this is definitely the spot!
