BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

- This property is not suitable for children/infants.



- This property is not pet-friendly. This property does not accommodate pets due to the owner's being highly allergic. In the event we see a pet(s) present with you at the rental, you will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. While the disclosure of a valid ADA-recognized Service Animal is not obligatory, it can assist us in ensuring a safer and more comfortable stay for everyone. We emphasize the importance of considering the owner's severe pet allergy, and if you have a Service Animal covered by Title III of the ADA, we kindly request that you allow us the opportunity to explore alternative properties and provide you other options/accommodations.



- No smoking allowed



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
