The Space:

Magazine worthy home, with 4 king beds, plus 1 twin bed in the office area, cozy at home feeling, outstanding space, & incredible design to enjoy your stay here in Fredericksburg. The property measures 2473 sq. With a beautiful outdoor hot tub and cowboy pool. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

*There is a small step inside home going to kitchen area.

*The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion.

Guest have full access to the home, outdoor area, covered patio plus private hot tub and cowboy pool. Parking: 2 vehicles can fit in the driveway.

Quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from Main Street.



Getting Around:

You are a 2 minute drive or 14 min walk to Main Street and private transportation is available through Heavenly Hosts.



Other Things to Note:

- The Property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.



- This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with a 35 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted at the house.



- The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Birthday Celebration

We arrived during a record cold spell. The house, bathrooms and bedrooms were FREEZING cold.We could not get the thermostat off of the pre-programmed 65 degrees and it would only stay on for a minute or two. We had to call for help after hours and leave a message. They responded immediately and were at the house within 35 minutes. Even the lady who arrived to help could not get the thermostat re-programmed. Thankfully, she had a good friend in the HVAC business. Through FaceTime and multiple attempts and his instructions, she was finally able to get the thermostat working properly. We truly appreciate the attentive service and resolution.I would recommend this home and the management company.

We came to FRB to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. This home was PERFECT for our girl's only trip! Plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and cowboy pool were an added bonus! Very close to Main Street! Can't wait to come back and stay in this beautiful home again!

We were so fortunate to stay at this property. Open living room. Large kitchen. Location convenient for Fredericksburg and wineries. Having 3 bathrooms and all king beds were perfect for the 3 couples that stayed there. Will return.

Eclipse Viewing

The place is clean, stylish and recently renovated. It can accommodate a sizable group and the kitchen is well equipped. The patio and fenced-in backyard are ideal for outdoor entertaining. We did not use the pool or hot tub as the weather was too cool. Everyone liked the place. our only complaint is some interior doors were not hung straight and difficult to open and close.

What a wonderful experience! The home couldnt have a better fit for all of us. The check in process was seamless. The home was clean and very inviting. Especially enjoyed the memory foam beds, what a touch of going above and beyond! Close to town,but just far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. Fabulous Place

Three sisters stay was very enjoyable. House was very clean and well appointed. Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. Living room was comfortable and nice to be able to use the Roku TV. Outdoor space was very nice, though there were mosquitoes, which did not make for a pleasant stay outside for very long. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. A Keurig style coffee maker would be a great addition as we all had our favorite pods with us, but gladly used the ground coffee provided.. We would definitely stay again.

A Plus Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mojito Haus. It comfortably housed 7 people, and the quiet location was great! We all really enjoyed the back yard area for morning coffee, afternoon dips in the cowboy pool and evenings in the hot tub! The house was clean and well equipped. Heavenly Hosts, immediately, replaced the coffee maker when we made them aware ours was not working. We would 100% recommend Mojito Haus and Heavenly Hosts!
