Welcome to Elm Cottage at Grapetown Cottages! A Fredericksburg Wine Country premier luxurious and modern farmhouse cottage nestled on three beautiful Texas Hill Country acres. Just right outside famous and lively downtown Fredericksburg, Texas! The outdoor spaces of this luxury Texas Hill Country oasis and retreat are a real gem and a fantastic place to create unforgettable memories and spend quality time with loved ones, family, and friends after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg!



The Space:

Elm cottage is ideal for couples, intimate weekend getaways, retreats, and special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays. We look forward to you and your special someone being able to immerse yourselves into this property's stunning hill country and hilltop views, gorgeous oak trees, abundant wildlife and scenery, beautiful night sky and stars, and its firepit with two Adirondack chairs, making for perfect and intimate nights.



Elm Cottage is a luxury studio with a king bed that features a farmhouse kitchen, dining table for two, a Smart-TV, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower and elegant farmhouse soaking tub. Additionally, the cottage has a great outdoor deck and patio perfect for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine or cocktail.



This rental only includes Elm Cottage for up to 2 individuals. On the same property is Oak Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Elm Cottage for no more than six individuals. Oak Cottage has its own firepit and facilities. It is private and not included in your rental of Elm Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Oak Cottage with respect and kindness.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

-Grapetown Cottages Elm -does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty.
