Kilted Cowboy - Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Close to Main!

Summary:

Experience the ideal retreat for large groups at The Kilted Cowboy Haus! This charming property offers not one, but two structures – the main house and the casita. Enjoy a relaxing hot tub, fire pit, and spacious covered patio perfect for dining and entertaining. Inside, you’ll find beautiful living spaces and cozy bedrooms designed for comfort. Located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Main Street, you’ll have quick access to shops, restaurants, and local entertainment.



The Space:

The open concept luxury kitchen, living room, and dining rooms keeps everyone together for the fun! Mingle, relax, and dine together while cooking on an original, fully functioning 1950s Maytag oven. The huge island includes barstool seating for 4 and, along with the dining room table that seats 6, there’s plenty of room for everyone to have a seat at the table! The living room includes a fireplace and large TV so you won’t miss the game or the latest episode of your favorite show. In the dining room, you’ll find a Black & Decker Bev beverage maker (like a Keurig for cocktails)!



Outdoors:

Over 750 square feet of covered patio to extend your celebrations outside! Two tables for games or dining and a seating area provide the space you need to enjoy beautiful Hill Country weather! There’s also a hot tub for soaking and a firepit if the weather gets a bit chilly. On the patio, you’ll also find some yard games to enjoy the huge backyard.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The main house includes three bedrooms with the fourth bedroom in the guesthouse off the covered patio. There are two bathrooms in the main house, one en-suite bathroom that includes a large, luxury walk-in shower and a second bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo.

Fredericksburg has enough to do to keep you busy for as long as you want to stay! Here’s a few of our favorites:



Main Street - Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and downtown wineries

Wineries - There are many wonderful wineries to enjoy during your stay! Consider using the Peach Express to explore them safely!

Enchanted Rock - A beautiful Hill Country state park! Don’t miss the views!

Old Tunnel State Park Bat Cave - Over 3 million Mexican free-tailed bats make for a stunning sight as they all leave at dusk!

Willow City Loop - Iconic Hill Country scenic drive! Wildflowers are beautiful!

Museums - Admiral Nimitz Museum and the Texas Rangers Heritage Center



Other Things to Note:

Please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



Also note, that the casita is a detached structure from the main house.



If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
