Located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from town, you’ll enjoy the serenity of the Texas Hill Country with quick access to wineries, restaurants, and Main Street shopping.

The Homes:
1. Hollmig Haus – A beautifully renovated home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, a make-up area, and indoor/outdoor patios. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, TV, high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, hot tub, cowboy pool, grill, and outdoor dining area. Please note, the loft is listed as the "4th bedroom" (it consists of 2 full beds that sleeps a total of 4 people).
2. Hollmig Cabin – Cozy yet spacious, this cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Step onto the porch for breathtaking sunset views and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring.
3. Life's A Beach (Tiny Home) – A whimsical and relaxing retreat with fun coastal décor, comfortable living area, and modern amenities. Enjoy two inviting porches, a BBQ, and a private hot tub under the Texas stars.

In Total: 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, multiple living areas, 3 hot tubs, a cowboy pool, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and sleeping space for large groups.

Spend your days wine tasting, shopping, and sightseeing, then return to your private oasis for BBQ dinners, sunset views, and stargazing. Whether you’re lounging by the cowboy pool, sipping morning coffee on the porch, or soaking in one of the hot tubs, this property offers relaxation and connection for everyone in your group.

Guest Access:
You will have full exclusive access to the shared property.

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a beautiful 3 acres just outside city limits, giving you a peaceful and private area to enjoy your visit. While also just 3 miles from Main Street!

Other Things to Note:
Please note, towards the back of the property, you may notice a few parked Peach Express wine tour buses along with two storage containers. From time to time, these may be accessed briefly, but the activity is minimal and will not interfere with your exclusive use and enjoyment of the property, homes, or amenities.

We have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
