The Space:

Romantic very secluded home with private hot tub area. Less than 10 min from the heart of the 'Burg!

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

Guest have full access to falling star seclusive ranch and Hot tub and Patio area wit outdoor shower. Outdoor Shower is currently not available and no longer being advertised. Thank you!



Getting Around:

This house is outside Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

This property is not suitable for children/infants. Adults only.



This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and we only allow 1 pet max and 35 lb weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard NOT fully fenced.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- Please DO NOT feed any stray cats or animals when at the rental. We are trying our best to keep any stray animals away from the rental as much as possible.
