- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the lighting in the back of the house by the fire pit. There was not a light in the back of the house and it made the space unusable because it was so dark. The pictures on line showed string lights but they were not there when we arrived. Other than that the property was great.

A place to relax

We need some some time to relax, and we did. Nice hot tub, a large tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The inside of the house is remodeled and very clean. Our 56thanniversary. We visited some of our favorite places.

Spring break/Wine break

Cottage is as advertised, cute, clean, very close to Main ST and previous comments are accurate. Toilet still wobbles so I put folded up magazine under it to stop it. Hot tub worked but only went to 97 degrees so got chilly after dark. The solar lights blew over and shined in the bedroom window. Need couple extra blankets and less decorative pillows.Could use some TLC but location and price make it a good place to stay.

Cute House

We were in town for a basketball tournament for our High school daughters. Wonderful house with comfortable beds and a short drive to Main Street. Easy check in and check out process.

Nice place

Everything was very nice, clean & roomy. Not much in the way of kitchen supplies for cooking at home but I got by. The toilet wobbles and really needs to be fixed. Water pressure is low but it's hot and that's what counts! Plenty of towels are a plus, having stayed at other places that don't provide enough. Super comfy bed (firm).

Great anniversary get away.

The decor was awesome. The hot tub was clean but couldn’t get in cause the water was too hot. It’s not walking distance to the main strip. The toilet wobbled. Loved the design of the shower. Loved that both beds were king even though we only used one of the beds. The directions were right on. A few if the walkway lights were broken. The horseshoe game was great.

Fredericksburg getaway

Such a cute cottage on Hackberry. Very quiet neighborhood and just down the street from Main and all the shopping. The cottage is so charming. Lots of thought went into what guests might like to have. The hot tub was spot on, and even though it was hot(July), we still lit a fire in the fire pit. Very clean. Close to all activities. Loved our little getaway

Quint little cottage in a quite street 😍

The cottage is cozy in a super quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. The private hot tub was already up to temperature when we arrived so that was a HUGE plus after a 5 hour drive. The fire pit is awesome and they even provided wood and wooden skewers for roasting marshmallows!! Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen has everything you could ever need! The beds were on the firm side so if you like that you'll be thrilled, if not, I suggest bringing a foam topper to put under the sheets.The water pressure in the shower was not the best and made rinsing conditioner out of my hair an event, but I got it done. The is also a floor fan in each bedroom along with a ceiling fan, which was fan-tadtic! The living area is on the smallish side and can't comfortably seat more than three. The only light in the living room is from the ceiling fan which is a bit harsh. I suggest a floor lamp be added. This is a small thing that would really help with ambiance in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay in celebration of our 35th anniversary, thank you!

I don't normally like to stay at rental homes but this one was very easy to be comfortable. It was very clean, it was very accommodating, and had a very nice "welcome" vibe. Thank you so much, we plan on coming back.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were fortunate to find this little gem at the last minute. The listing and pictures were exact. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, and the short walk to Main Street. We would definitely return here again.

The bad mattress overshadowed everything. . .

The house was a bit smaller and older than expected-but cute and quirky. Until trying to spend one night in the back bedroom. Once the covers weren’t fluffed, the most convenient side was deeply, obviously and visibly sipped. The center beam in the frame could be felt. The other side was sharply angled to the center. It was ridiculous. And unfortunately, I cannot recommend the property without someone getting a guarantee of a new mattress.

Quaint Cottage

We enjoyed the house a lot. It's a nice size located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub after our long days of exploring Fredricksburg. We will definitely consider this property again on our next trip if it's available. The check-in process was seamless, the house was clean, and the air conditioner worked fabulously.

Adorable house close to Main Street shopping and restaurants. House was fully stocked with all of the essentials. Hot tub looked great but weather was cold and raining so we didn’t get in. Definitely recommend the property and would book it again.

Great cottage!

The cottage was exactly as depicted. Very clean. Comfortable. We cooked breakfast and dinners at the cottage. Kitchen was adequately stocked - even the knives were good and sharp. Good location - close to downtown Fredericksburg - long walk but short drive. TV had all the channels you could ask for; however, recommend instructions on how to use the TV, the difference streaming options and the TV remote. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Visiting a Quaint Little Town

Fredericksburg is a quaint little Texas town. Our stay was really nice. I would definitely stay here again. I thought it was a few blocks closer to Main St, but maybe I just read it incorrectly. It is close but I wasn't comfortable walking it. House was super cute and had everything we needed. Only there for a few days but wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
