Relax in our gorgeous brand new home located off north highway 16 and only 8 minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg! We are on a 9 acre private lot surrounded by nature with a beautiful one acre fully stocked pond. Enjoy our game room with a game of shuffle board or a game of pool. Relax with a cold drink outside by our pool or soak up the warmth in our 12 seater hot tub. Watch TV on our huge outdoor patio or star gaze at night. Cook a gourmet meal in our high end Sub-zero/Wolf appliance kitchen. With seating inside for 24 you can invite all your family or friends. This house has it all! Three king bedrooms each with attached bathroom, one bedroom with two queen beds and a huge 8 twin bed bunk room for the kids with a shared hall bath. You get the best of both country life and a city life with a quick 8 minute drive to shopping and dining on Main Street Fredericksburg. Come and enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer! Please note hot tub heating is included but pool heating is an additional fee.

House was very lovely for our annual summer trip with family. Our group included 12 adukts (4 aged 18-21 and 8 aged 47-52) and 3 kids aged 11 to 17. Our group did trips such aa hiking enchanted rock, shopping downtown, and an afternoon in Luckenbach and coming back in the to your family home was always a treat
refreshing pool, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, and large TV was great for teenagers. The teenage boys loved the pond and had luck with several catch and release. And we loved we can also sit together and have dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for entertaining – making drinks, cooking dinner, enjoying coffee. We are a cooking group and loved the large stove, double ovens, large pots and pans, and there was plenty of plates and utensils. The house was clean and open
 Never felt crowded and the three king rooms were a treat!

A wonderful property and beautiful setting. Deer and turkeys were a nice visit daily and the comfortable living area made visiting a pleasure. Cooking brought all together. Perfect family get together, even though it rained a lot.

Epic Girls Trip

We took our bunco group on the road from Seabrook, TX. The house was more than perfect for 18 women! We had plenty of space & it accommodated us nicely! We spent one day doing wine tours/Luckenbach/shopping and dinner at Vaudeville. We had a private chef come in another day while we played bunco. We also had a full moon during our trip. It was all so spectacular!! There’s a group of sheep with a Donkey Shepard that graze around. The fish feeders go off twice a day in the pond and that’s fun to watch! The house is so peaceful & we LOVED the Sonos sound system. Everything was well stocked and clean! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to make wonderful memories in!! I would highly recommend THIS HOUSE, Reserve Tours for transportation, (request driver Chris or Steve) & Chef Karen Vaucher for a private dining experience!!

Hill Country Heaven!

Still in awe of this gorgeous property! We went for our annual girls trip and every single one of our 16 ladies said they want to pick it up and move it home with us to live in! Absolutely immaculate in all aspects! Beautiful kitchen, ideal layout and openness, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, really big game room, perfect pool / hot tub / outdoor entertaining space! Everything was just perfect! Owner was so pleasant to deal with and gave great recommendations! Would love to go back!!

Amazing House!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! There were 15 of us, everything was clean, we each had enough space and room to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and the surround sound throughout the house! Danna was very helpful with any questions we had and very quick at responding. We didn’t want to leave! We are already planning our next trip! I would definitely recommend this house!

Absolutely beautiful home!

This was an absolutely beautiful home for our large girls trip. We were able to cook full meals (kitchen was stocked beautifully), relax by the pool (fantastic chairs in the water), and we utilized the surround sound throughout the house almost every day. You're just far enough from town to feel isolated, but not so far that ubers/lyfts won't come scoop you up/drop you back home. There was ample space to sleep 12 thirty-year-old women comfortably, and nobody felt on top of one another. Additionally, we had a few questions at check out and the host responded incredibly quickly, giving us the means to check out on time and according to the rules! Our ONLY hassle was dragging the trash cans to the end of the curb before heading out! Lol I would recommend doing that prior to waking up from a wine tasting hangover! We will definitely stay again if we're able. I've already recommended the home to a family friend for their 50th birthday trip!

Wonderful Family Memories Made

Our extended family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children ages 11-16) “cocooned” in this beautiful, spacious and well-appointed home for the Eclipse Weekend. We made wonderful memories to last a lifetime. Fishing, swimming, hot tub, game room, privacy, acreage
 and daily visits from resident sheep, donkey and deer in the early mornings. Thank you, Danna & Kevin!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS VRBO!!

We had a girls weekend here and it couldn’t have been better! The house is BEAUTIFUL, is so spacious, clean, so much seating inside and out, and tons of beds and bathrooms. The large dining table fit all of us for a seated dinner, the hot tub was so easy to turn on with their iPad system and was convenient how it was near the patio for people who didn’t want to be in the pool/hot tub to still gather around. The property is SOO relaxing—beautiful mornings and evening views, sheep and a donkey were grazing, pretty lake, and coffee bar area is well stocked. great dishes and cookware if you’re going to be eating in any. They have two drink fridges and an ice machine, the bathrooms were gorgeous, and the couches were super comfy. We could still get Ubers at the house, and the hostesses were so great!! We even left something valuable, their cleaning service found it and they mailed it to us! I took so many photos here and can’t wait to go back! Would also fit a few families really well with a bunk room for kids.

PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS

This house and property are both BEAUTIFUL! This was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend with 17 of us. The house is massive with plenty of bathroom space. We weren’t too far from Fredericksburg at all (10 mins) and the wineries we went to were about 20 minutes away. Such a peaceful getaway filled with friends, wine and even some cute animals!! My friends and I kept saying “I want to live here.” Danna and Kevin have created something beautiful and I will recommend this place endlessly! 5 stars isn’t enough for this place.
