A 380 sq ft covered deck offers the perfect perch for enjoying the outdoors and a private gas grill sets the stage for authentic Texas barbecues. The home's 2000-foot elevation provides an unbeatable vantage point for bird-watching and provides cooler year-round temperatures relative to surrounding areas.

Featuring unique decor reflecting the culture and heritage of the Lone Star State, the charming interior comes fully furnished for comfort. Plan family style meals at home in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the evenings with shows and movies on the TV. Additional home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and mounted air-conditioner units in the living area and both bedrooms. A furnished loft area provides a cozy sleeping option for younger guests. A portable water fan is furnished for added comfort.

The Old Tunnel State Park and the Alamo Springs Cafe which is 3.4 miles from the cabin Legendary Luckenbach is also just up the road. Spend the day tasting your way through downtown Fredericksburg's incredible Food & Drink scene or just cruise the countryside while exploring other towns like Comfort, Kerrville, and Boerne along the way. The region is a haven for bird-watchers and wildlife enthusiasts, with viewing opportunities a-plenty. The Guadalupe River offers miles of scenic kayaking.

THINGS TO KNOW
The available space and accommodations in the loft make it unsuitable for adults. Due to the steep ladder access, it is not ideal for children under the age of 13. The loft is only equipped with cooling.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. There is one way into the parking area and one way out. Be advised that the parking area has limited space to turn around, so no trailers are allowed. No vehicles are allowed beyond the Cabin. Please honor the signage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
