2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Beautiful little house in a quiet neighborhood.

The interior is nicely furnished with modern appliances. This was the first time I've ever used a microwave that looks like an oven -:).Very conveniently located. HEB is one block down the street. In the opposite direction, Main Street is a mere 3 blocks. Cozi Vacation Rental customer service is fantastic. The response to any inquiries are within minutes.I wished we could've stay a few extra days.

My sisters and I loved this house!!

This was our 47th year of our yearly sister get together. This was not our first time to go to Fredericksburg, but our first vrbo. It was everything and more than the review stated. The 4 of us kept saying "I love this house"! It had everything we needed. It was so clean and looked like a new house on the inside. The only problem we had was the parking. It is perfect for smaller cars. We had a truck and it was a little difficult to maneuver the driveway and the large tree. It was no problem after the first day. We just parked on the street in front of the house. We will reserve it again on our next visit. It is so close to everything.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip to Fredericksburg. The house smelled "new" upon first entering, there was music playing on the tv's and we felt right at home sitting out on the front porch. The house is very cozy and centrally located. I appreciated that the owners didn't try to cram a bunch of beds into the spaces, and instead had a beautiful dining room and an extra den in the back.

Property was great! Nicely renovated. Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for happy hour and taking in the neighborhood activities. My only minor beef was that the hot water was not hot in the ensuite shower. The 4 of us shared the other shower. Would happily stay there again.
