Amazingly over 2000 sqft, three level, End Unit Townhouse (TH) rare to find and close to historic district Fredericksburg. This big TH has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fire place in the basement, huge dining area, deck for lighting the grill, work space with an executive desk to telework while on vacation, equipped kitchen and relaxing living area with a flat screen TV.
You have 2 king size and 4 full beds with comfortable mattresses, premium pillows and sheets. A lot of space to enjoy your privacy!

Master Bedroom and two other bedroom sharing a full bath.

Rooms were clean. Walls could use a good cleaning bc there were some questionable smears. Good location. Area rugs were all pulling up on the ends causing a lot of tripping especially for the young kids. The dishwasher was broken and with the lack of bowls it seemed like I was constantly washing dishes (which is not what I want to be doing on vacation) The outside garbage cans were completely full due to the neighbors using them. Manny was great and easy to connect with. It worked for what we needed for 3 days. For longer stays I will choose a different place (especially since this was one of the more expensive ones that we were considering).

My family and I had a great trip. The townhouse had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was located for easy access to all of the great eating places as well as coffee shops. The host was more than accommodating and it was easy check-in with no problems at all. I would stay here again should I decide to visit Virginia again.

the area was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, except the downstairs bathroom, but everything else was great. very nice and comfortable. for everyone that was here. n I will use this place again

Property is nicely located in Fredericksburg for access to many attractions so location is great !! The property was clean but the over bleached towels set my asthma off and needed to washed twice to make them tolerable . The kitchen also lacked proper plates and bowls . The owner did bring a few over once made aware . The last problem was the garbage , there was no clear outdoor container making pickup difficult . While these are small issues , they are issues that can be managed and with that I would definitely rent again

Family wedding

Traveled to VA for a family wedding. Had 7 adults in our group. This was a perfect place for us all to be together yet provided plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again!

Wedding weekend at Woolen Mills

We really enjoyed our stay and the location is just perfect to the downtown area. Close to a nice grocery store and eating places. Lots of room and so clean. The only problem we had which was in our email to be aware, was we got towed the last night there and really felt like it was a set up which was frustrating. We had gotten back at 8:30, to find someone parked in the two marked parking place for our place. Not knowing who was parked there we parked in the visitor parking place and was going to watch for them to move before we went to bed. Within 15 minutes of coming in our car was towed by Shank towing which was listed on our visitor parking pass . When the neighbor saw us taking pictures of their license plate , she came out, had towing company on phone, knew how much it would cost and offered to take my husband there. She did pay half $95, and took my husband to get car which he said was not in a good place. And was back in less than an hour of us getting back that night. So there can be signs and all but it was very frustrating just glad we got our car back unharmed and my husband wasn’t harmed. The owner did credit us $75 , but was just how it happen and how quick that made us so uncomfortable after our stay.

Home away from Home

Our experience at this property was great. Everything was at our disposal in the home, check in/check out was easy. Talking with the property manager was a quick response both text and by phone. I will definitely recommend the home to anyone, it's more than enough space for a large family.

Family Wedding Visit

The house was a great location and ideal and spacious for our extended family. We had travelled from the UK for a family wedding. The host responded very quickly to our queries and needs, which were resolved immediately. Only suggestion would be for more crockery for a house that sleeps 8.

Great spot

I thought this location was perfect for my family. We were all meeting up from different locations for a mutual family party in town. There were 3 spots for us to park in which was perfect. The house had 3 levels which was also clutch because we didn’t feel on top of eachother at all. The property manager was very responsive to our messages and phone calls. We had no issues with access to the property. The only problem was that the house ran out of toilet paper while we were there. Otherwise i would recommend this property and would stay there again

Plenty of space and lovely home

So this place has plenty of room so you don’t feel on top of each other. The property manager responds very quickly if you have a concern or question for anything. Plenty of towels, pillows for all. Also there is a grocery store and gas station not far from the house which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Stay

The property was very nice. The only issues we had was that the kitchen is not really set up to cook meals. It is lacking on kitchen supplies.
