TrÚs Unique - 1840 Log Cabin - Downtown Frederick - ComplÚtement Rénové

TrĂšs unique historique magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ© 1840 Downtown Frederick Log Cabin House. Il n’ya vraiment rien de tel chez FrĂ©dĂ©ric. La maison est si proche de tout le centre-ville. C'est Ă  environ dix minutes Ă  pied du canal. La saison des vacances est la pĂ©riode prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e de mon Ă©pouse au centre-ville de Frederick. Les rues sont toutes illuminĂ©es et sont belles.
Il a toutes les commoditĂ©s d'une maison pour vivre Ă  temps plein. Je l’ai amĂ©nagĂ© pour y vivre et j’ai dĂ©mĂ©nagĂ© Ă  Hawaii. Tout est flambant neuf en dehors des bĂ»ches pour la cabine et le plancher. C'est vraiment magnifique.
Il y a tellement de choses Ă  faire au centre-ville de Frederick. Il y a des restaurants et des bars Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de la maison.
J'ai achetĂ© la cabine il y a environ 4 ans. Il n'y avait pas de fenĂȘtres, portes, Ă©lectricitĂ© ou plomberie. C'Ă©tait une rĂ©novation complĂšte pour retrouver sa beautĂ© d'origine avec tous les Ă©quipements modernes. C'est maintenant un endroit super confortable oĂč sĂ©journer.
Il y a un album photo sur la table basse montrant le processus de rénovation.
J'espÚre que vous apprécierez la cabane en rondins autant que ma famille.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient été enchantés par cette maison de vacances et son emplacement. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de HÎpital Frederick Memorial Hospital. Dans cet hébergement, vous profiterez de prestations de choix comme une laverie. The house was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers provided by our host. It was an easy walk to Frederick restaurants, bars, and shops.

The home was perfectly located, beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked/appointed, and charming. Host was responsive and friendly! We had a great stay and would recommend staying here. Only recommendations would be better seating/furniture options in the living room...sofa is well loved but could use replaced and need like a sectional or 2 sofas maybe to comfortably seat more than 3-4 adult guests (there are dining chairs but not cozy seating) Also, the upstairs room did get really warm, just because the heat rises from the living room....not sure of best fix but a little toasty!

Very nice cabin. Nice size family room/dinette area for everyone to sit while we caught up, watch football games and there are games to play. Unfortunately due to flights being cancelled and delayed did not get to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

Its a beautifully renovated "cabin", combining the best of modern conveniences with old fashioned charm. Its quite spacious with a large living/dining area and a good sized and well stocked kitchen. the best is the location, close to alll the downstown stores and restaurants but on a quiet street.

We loved our stay at the 1840 log cabin! The home itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the main strip—everything was within walking distance. Danny was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive, and even let us check in early. Highly recommend!

Terrific Holiday Weekend in Frederick

We thoroughly enjoyed our July 4th weekend stay at the 1840 log cabin in Frederick. The home is a completely renovated and modernized log cabin that was very comfortable to stay in and located in a great location. The home is a short 10-12 minute walk downtown, but in a quiet area that is more relaxed with ample parking, etc... Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. The cabin had great A/C and the kitchen was well stocked to include high quality appliances. We highly recommend this VRBO in Frederick!

Downtown Frederick Gem!

I’m a frequent visitor to the greater Frederick area meet relatives and friends. This rental was the perfect alternative to the area’s mostly tired and aging hotels. The great location enabled us to get an early walk/run through downtown and Carroll Creek, great food alternatives and a walkable drink at night. Super quiet home with comfortable beds and two separate sleeping areas- just what we needed for 5 adults and 3 separate bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Checked all the boxes

The property is as described in the listing, and the location was ideal for the purposes of our trip, which was to visit family for a few days. Convenient to shopping areas, restaurants and grocery stores, including Wegmans. Easy to find, and near to the main roads in Frederick. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you'd need to make a meal. Appliances are all working well. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the unit, except for sleeping and some relaxation during the day. Given our age (late 60s), our preference would have been for more supportive cushioning in the living room furniture. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the a/c and heat worked well to keep the place comfortable all day. We're used to brighter lighting at home, and some may find it a bit lower than optimal, especially in the kitchen given the lack of larger windows. All in all, it was a good stay and we would not hesitate to return. Communication with the owner was prompt for the most part, and he was kind enough to provide a number with which to text him in the event of any issues.
