EVENTS are allowed up to 50 guests upon HOST APPROVAL. Event fees are non refundable and are due at the time of booking. In addition, there will be an event contract requiring signature from the guest in order to host an event. Event fee will be $2500 non refundable to use our space for events such as weddings/elopements. Our space will potentially have tables, chairs and other amenities to help with your event. Please inquire. Maximum overnight guests not to exceed our capacity of 12 overnight guests.
