Great townhome in Winter Park

This was a great, modern and well-equipped townhome in winter park! The property was new, well-maintained and well stocked for a big group! Plenty of space with two separate living areas. The hottub was well maintained. Location was convenient to the town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this townhouse. Anytime we travel especially with our kids we try to stay in a VRBO property instead of a hotel so we can have the extra space & kitchen amenities. This place was truly the most well stocked & most “like home” rental I’ve ever stayed in down to even the details of nice toilet paper instead the scratchy thin stuff that many places supply lol. Thank you again for a wonderful family vacation!

Great family home

We rented this home for our son's wedding at Head Waters, just a mile away. The location was great. Each of the four bedrooms, three with attached baths, were extremely comfortable and spacious. Lots of towels and blankets. We had two grandchildren, ages 2 & 5, with us and the upstairs den was fantastic, especially in the morning. There were also lots of toys in the cabinet! This home was extremely well-appointed, great location and very comfortable. We loved it! Perfect for four adults, 2 grandchildren and the nanny!

Great Stay! Right on Bus Route!

Really great condo, our group had a blast and plenty of space to relax and gather together. The oven glass shattered two days before we got there and communication was a breeze for letting us know about it and the alternatives for cooking. The bus stop to get to the ski area is truly 10 steps away, so it couldn't be anymore convenient.

Great property!

We had 10 people in our party, 5 adults and 5 kids, and this home suited our needs very well for our ski vacation. We loved the heated two car garage where we were able to store our ski gear. Plus, the Lift bus stop was literally right in front of the house so we didn’t need to walk far. The house was very well appointed. Plenty of paper towels, spices, cookware, and lots of regular towels for bathing and hot tub use. My son used the upstairs pullout sofa and appreciated the inflatable air mattress. Mark was very responsive and easy to work with. Great property. Would stay again.

Spacious Warm and Cozy Home

This home was perfect for our group. There were plenty of sitting areas and a very large table for us to eat together or play games at. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking some meals. Close to town for dining out. The owners went all out with holiday decorating which added to our wonderful experience.

Beautiful new home with plenty of room for 2 families.

We loved the house and the area. It is close to the train but that's only an issue for the lightest sleepers with windows open. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub but could see that as popular in the winter.

A family of 11, from Vermont, Colorado and Texas of space for everyone . Bus for winter park located out front of townhouse . Between the skiing, sledding, hot tub, our children and grandchildren enjoyed it all. Clean and comfortable. Hosts very helpful. Kitchen well equipped and kitchen knives were sharp. Exceptional!

Beautiful home, excellent location technically in Fraser but only a mile or so to downtown Winter Park. House is new and is exactly as advertised. Spacious bedrooms on the second floor and on the main floor a very nice kitchen flowing into a large sitting area. Furniture is very comfortable and in great shape. House was very well stocked with everything we needed. LOVED the abundance of towels and the two large washers and dryers. Hot tub was a huge hit with our crew. Would highly recommend this property to anyone but especially to skiers. The property is on relatively flat land which, if the area gets heavy snow and ice, access to this home will be easy compared to other properties on top of steep roads and driveways. Last thing, I had two minor questions for the owner and Mark responded to my text messages in less than 30 seconds. I have stayed at 3 different properties in the WP area - it would be hard to find a better value than this home.

Great Experience

The perfect getaway

The property was absolutely amazing and had everything we ever could have wanted and more! The location was great, just outside of town and the shuttle made getting anywhere a breeze. The property manager was always timely when responding to any questions we had and went the extra mile stocking the house with supplies that made our trip so convenient. I could not recommend this property more.

One of the best vacation rentals!!

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at! The place was super clean, gorgeously designed, and well-stocked. The house had amazing furniture, from a super-long dining table to seat 10+, to very comfortable couches, to luxurious beds (on the softer side). What I appreciated most about this place was that the owners didn’t skimp on anything. They provided plenty of paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, etc...), soft towels, great linens, Smart-connected TVs in every room, and even had a well-stocked toy bin for kids to play with (kept my son very occupied and happy the whole trip). The only thing that surprised us (was our fault for not seeing it before) was that this house doesn’t have AC. We went when temps were high 70s/low 80s and everything was fine. But if it ever got up into the 90s, I could see how it might be a little troublesome. They did have portable fans in every room so once you opened the windows and turned on the fans, everything cooled down quickly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be in that area!

Convenient and Stunning

This rental was a dream! Conveniently located at a bus stop and decorated like a parade home! We were comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with the needed pans and appliances to cook for our group. The owners were super friendly and wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The house boasts of comfort and beauty. We loved it so much we already decided to try to rent again next year! Enjoy!
