The Ridge House is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with leather recliners, and a large smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy meals at the expansive dining table or step outside to the covered patio, where an old-fashioned swing invites you to unwind while soaking in the long-range mountain views. The home also includes a dedicated workspace, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.

Located within a secure gated community, The Ridge House offers both privacy and accessibility. Just a short five-minute drive from US 441, you can easily explore the charming towns of Franklin and Sylva. Adventure awaits with nearby attractions such as the Nantahala National Forest's stunning waterfalls, gem mining, and skiing at Maggie Valley. For a unique experience, take a day trip to Asheville to visit the renowned Biltmore Estate or enjoy white-water rafting in Bryson City.

With amenities like central AC, Wi-Fi, and a fire pit for evening gatherings, The Ridge House is equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with an overhead twin bunk, accommodating up to five guests. Each bedroom has its own vanity area, ensuring privacy and convenience for all.

You will have access to the terrace level of the home only which has its own separate entrance and is a spacious 1300 sq ft. Guests can rest assured that they will have complete privacy and that no one else will be on site during their stay. In addition to a spacious terrace level patio, guests are invited to relax on the upper deck as well
