Beautifully Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath charmer

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Take a walk downtown to shop, dine or grab a mircrobrew at the Stormcloud. Saturday mornings you can take a 2 minute stroll to the Farmers Market to pick up some fresh produce for your evening dinner on the beautiful deck overlooking Betsie Bay. After a full day at the beach, golfing, hiking or wine tasting you can relax and watch your favorite streaming program on our Smart TV.

When you walk in our newly renovated upper unit you'll walk in to a bright and airy entry. (Keep in mind there are 10 steps to reach the upper unit.) The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, including some essential spices! Our kitchen table will accommodate all your guests for a wonderful meal and is also a great gathering place for game night! The living room is comfortable for all with a sofa and two chairs as well as a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed for your extra guests. Our bedrooms are comfortable with crisp linens and wonderful Dreamcloud mattresses. Our bathroom is small, but is equipped with all you may need during your stay from a blow dryer to make-up mirror to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties! If you forget a few things we have some backups for you (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shave cream.) During the spring, summer and fall you'll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of Betsie Bay while you enjoy a cold beverage and whatever you decide to cook on the grill! *Please note that although our property can easily accommodate 6, it is probably more suitable for 4 due to having 1 bathroom.

Although I won't generally be there to greet you I am always available. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing and am always there to assist you.

We loved being able to walk wherever we wanted to go in town! Everything in this house was clean and up to date. All that was needed for cooking was readily available. And the deck had a nice view over the trees to the harbor. Loved having coffee out there in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

We have visited beach's all over the world and this one in Frankfort is our new best beach of all. Lots of things to do in Frankfort so we didn't spend a ton of time at the apartment but it was very clean and comfortable. We did grill one night and several nights after a long day at the beach and before sunset we would play games on the deck. Wonderful place to stay and explore.

Wonderful stay in Frankfort

This property was very well maintained and perfect for our three day trip to Frankfort. The location was fantastic as we could easily walk to the heart of the city and was just a short drive to nearby hotspots allowing us to enjoy a display of the gorgeous fall colors! Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our three day stay within easy walking distance of Frankfort. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed were comfortable. The owners pay attention to detail. We would stay here in the future.

Perfect!

The rooms were clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for cooking and enjoying meals. We also enjoyed a cozy campfire around the Solo firepit one evening. We could walk to everything in town, including the beach and lighthouse, restaurants and shops. All in all, a wonderful place we would love to return to!

Great Location in Frankfort

Really surprised by this home. Cozy and comfy and very clean. Shared the firepit with couple staying downstairs. Off street parking was a real benefit. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. We would come back and stay in this unit again.

Romantic Winter Getaway

This Frankfort two-bedroom walk-up did not disappoint. We've always wanted to see this special town in the winter months, and we had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, comfortable and wonderfully stocked. The communication with the owner was top notch. We enjoyed amazing dinners at Vita Bella and Birch & Maple, which is a 30-second walk from this spot. We brought our bikes, so the trip to the beautiful beach only took about 3-minutes.

Blissful weekend getaway spot

This property could not have been more wonderful for our girls weekend! It was exceptionally clean and such a restful environment. The kitchen space was especially a highlight for everyone. It was full of cooking supplies allowing us to make some meals together.
