Fully Equipped, all you need is a beach towel! Listed as one of Delaware`s top Airbnb`s! This is a perfect get away for family and friends. The beach is 1.5 miles away and the amazing pool is a 2 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and the patio and yard add space for your stay. Tennis and Pickleball court access. Linens included and everything you may have forgotten. Families and friends return again and again to make memories.

Guests are thrilled to find everything they need to make a trip to the beach carefree. There are beach chairs and open space for children to play. The pool is open Memorial Day through the second week of September. The sunroom is stocked with board games and toys for children. Load your streaming services . There is no cable TV. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a laundry room provide ample ample space and amenities for your getaway. The sunroom has a queen pull out coach which serves as a fourth bedroom. Sheets and linens are included .

The condo is fully equipped for families with a Pack and play and high chair and a surprise toy room that keeps children occupied as you unpack.

There is no outside grill.

Guests return again and again, making this their home at the beach.

You will have access to the entire condo except 2 locked storage closets

I have a key pad entrance that I will send you the code the week before your stay.

Parking right in front of condo in marked spot and any 0 spot.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the first 2 weeks of September weather permitting. There is a $50 charge for lost pool passes.

Tennis and pickle ball access included no additional fees.

The condo is located 1.5 miles from the ocean. The town trolley does not serve the condo. It is an bike easy ride from the condo or a 5 minute drive. Bring or rent bikes in Bethany. Uber serves the area to Ocean City/Dewey for a night out.

This is a quiet neighborhood and 11pm to 7 am are designated as quiet times

No smoking inside the house

You are welcome to use condiments and you will find pancake mix and syrup for breakfast. Enjoy!

If you move furniture please return all to where you found them. Failure to return furniture will result in an additional $25 for the cleaning person.

Parents: toys are available for your children. Please place the toys back in the toy boxes before you leave.

Failure to check out at 10 am will result in a $50 surcharge.

SAND MANAGEMENT IS CRITICAL! When you return from the beach you need to `rinse your toes with the hose`. Sand left in the shower or tub will clog the pipes!

When leaving please start the washer and leave remaining laundry in the basket located in each room. Please leave the bedspreads on top of bed for the cleaner, leave beds sheets on the beds that were not used.

I charge a nominal fee for cleaning. I will need to charge and $75 surcharge when the condo is left in poor condition. Excessive is defined as overflowing garbage cans or garbage left on the floor, towels left on floors in bathrooms, excessive food left on counter or stove top,. If you move the furniture please return it to it`s original position. There will be an additional $25 fee if the cleaning person needs to put the furniture back.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING , there is a $250 fee with evidence of smoking NO PARTIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction with no refund, forfeit of damage deposit, incur special cleaning charges, and liability for inconvenience reparations.
