The whole area is accessible. The private garden has a large teak dining table (ten people) and heavy teak benches, chairs and stacking chairs, situated under a beautiful tree and mimosa-bushes. The garden is accessible by the first floor terrace (about 25m2) and external staircase or along the ground floor covered terrace (approx. 15 m2). There is a barbecue.
