This beautiful house sits conveniently on the edge of Fowey, only a 10 minute walk from the centre.

Cook, eat and be merry in the open-plan kitchen or enjoy a great film on the Smart TV in the living room.

Head upstairs and you'll find 3 clean and tidy bedrooms with high-speed fibre WiFi throughout.
The space
Unlike a lot of places in Cornwall - the house is very easy to find! It's got a fresh, modern and coastal feel that's also warm and cosy. You'll find plenty of wood and nautical themes to remind you that you're in an authentic Cornish fishing town!

The kitchen has premium appliances as well as a large dining table. Enjoy a warm bath or hot shower in the downstairs bathroom or relax on the sofa and watch a film. Upstairs you'll find the three beautiful bedrooms. Needless to say, you'll get to enjoy the whole house throughout your stay.

Outside there are two gardens, one at the front and one at the rear. You are more than welcome to use them throughout your stay. Against the rear of the house is a heavy-duty wall anchor to allow cyclists to safely secure their bikes.
Guest access
Parking is easy and plentiful outside on the road but we also include a parking space at the rear. Walking into Fowey is simple - it's a 10 minute stroll down the road.
Other things to note
Please note, although we include all bed linen, tea towels, hand towels, oven gloves and bath mat, we do not include any bath towels. So please bring your own!
