Great location for events at Dickies Arena (walking distance!) and easy access to the rest of Fort Worth. Walking distance to little shops on one of the main roads as well. Cute and safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. However, the house seems to need better upkeep. It wasn't as clean as expected such as having dirty dishes in the dishwasher, table needed to be wiped, dusty furniture, and the towels were musty and wet/damp when we arrived. Having onsite washer/dryer was a plus which we used to freshen the towels and do a load of our own laundry after a night out. Overall we think a few furniture upgrades, some maintenance, and a deep clean would go a long way. That being said, we would stay here again for the convenience and great host. Shop recommendations: walk to the Aura Clinic for great crystals, tarot and aura readings!If you are looking for a tattoo shop with amazing artists and probably the best receptionist we have ever met, visit Randy Adams tattoo shop on E Lancaster.

Great location. Perfect house. Needs a deep clean. Spent some time washing linens when we got there. Door lock did not work but was replaced for us. Owner is very kind and friendly. Who ever cleans for him is doing a poor job. I would stay there again.

There were several issues with this facility, and I contacted the house to give our concerns. There was no coffee and condiments no washcloths there were dirty towels in the master closet and the outside of the house was unkept and a strong urine smell on the porch. The grass was tall. And notmowed. I contacted him because I didn’t want to be held responsible for items that I have listed above. I did not feel like this property met the standards that I had experienced with other VRBO facilities.

We were going to a horse show and the location was great. Cute house in a nice neighborhood. House was in need of a deep cleaning and had issues with the heater. Sheets and towels from previous guest were left in the dryer as were all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. House was well stocked and had everything we needed.

The master bed could use a new mattress unless you don’t mind rolling downhill into the middle of the bed but still was quite comfortable. Very cute home! We had a great stay and would love to stay here again!

Great location and as advertised

Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.

Convenient location, but not properly maintained

Upon arrival, I found that...... 1. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels. 2. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or anywhere in the linen closet. 3. No extra toilet paper. 4. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty. There are visible dirty spots on the black side. 5. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were almost empty. 6. The beds in the bunk room were very squeaky & wobbly. I felt like it was not safe for my grandkids to sleep on them. It turns out they were so noisy that the kids weren't able to sleep on them & ended up sleeping on the couches. I did message the owner about the missing items, & he did Door Dash some kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper & wash clothes, but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Very poorly maintained property.

Mother/Daughter Trip

My sister and I brought our mom to see a show at Will Rogers. This space was perfect. Super close to the venue and anything else we may have needed. Clean and cozy. Just as advertised. We’d come back!
