We found hair in the towels, blood stains and cigarette burns in the comforter and blanket, a baby bottle under the ottoman, making it feel like the room was never cleaned. On our first night of our stay, there were loud guests and I had to call the front desk after 10 to see if they could get them to quiet down. On Saturday night, there was a party in the pool area and was very disruptive. They had a grill right underneath our outdoor ac unit causing our room to fill with smoke. I called the front desk to ask them to get the people to quiet down at 10:50 pm. At 11:50 pm, my wife called the front desk to tell them about the loud music and yelling and that I had called an hour prior. At 12:35 I called the front desk a third time to notify them of the disruptive party. The situation did not resolve until after 1:00 am even after we told the front desk that I would contact local PD if the situation was not resolved.We are very disappointed in our stay and will not return. Save yourselves the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.
