The house was spacious, very comfortable and in nice quiet neighborhood. The host was amazing and responded very quickly to my messages. The location is close to Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas. The kitchen was stocked with many items, the only thing I would improve on is non stick pans instead of just stainless steel.

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood despite proximity to a commercial area and busy road. Some amenities are provided, i.e., one set of towels per person, soap, hair conditioner. This is an owner-occupied house. A number of their personal items were throughout the house and garage. The house is in an HOA, and there are some specific requests as far as parking and entering the house only through the garage, refraining from walking on the grass in the front yard, garbage collection requirements, etc. Persons with allergies should know that sheets and towels are washed using scented detergent.Ensuite bathroom and guest bath are on the first floor; jack-and-jill bath only on second floor.Of special note, wine was available in the kitchen for purchase. Also, in plain sight in the garage was a case of open bottles of liquor, and a delivery of wine for the owner arrived during our stay. If you are concerned about the easy availability of wine and liquor, you might wish to look elsewhere.

Perfect is a high standard to achieve. This home was one of a kind. Perfect in every way. My exchange student’s family was very impressed with Yvonne’s southern hospitality as much as I was. She had great communication, the house was very roomy and very keen to detail.

Large Home

The house was nice, and spacious, loved the appliances and cookware. the refrigerator and pantry were full of, I assume previous guests or owners left over items
 the neighbor was very rude don’t park in front of her house! It is a public street and there were no other cars on it, so parking was not an issue other than the neighbor yelling at you and calling property management company, even though we apologized and moved the car and asked her to be nice and calm down!

Very NICE!

This house was above and beyond with the welcome snacks, all the supplies you could want in a stay, including coffee pods, and a stocked fridge full of condements. Nice bedding, towels, etc. Outdoor was comfy and also, just a nice feature to have a private backyard. The neighborhood was just beautiful.

Dream stay for our son's wedding

Our stay was amazing and more than one member of my family commented on how grateful they were to have this beautiful landing spot in between events. There were plenty of beds and baths to accommodate my adult children and multiple gathering spots for us to spend time together before the big event. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. The thoughtful touches and excellent communication made a significant difference, allowing us to focus on celebrating our son's special day. Overall, this property was the perfect setting for our family gathering and our stay for our son's wedding. Home was beautiful and extra roomy for our family of four with two college-aged kids. Plenty of space for all. Wonderfully decorated. Home was clean upon arrival. Had access to parking garage although L-shaped drive in was tricky. Quite and safe feeling neighborhood. Quick access to DFW Airport. We would definitely choose to stay here again when returning to DFW.

All the comforts of home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was large, clean, and had everything we needed (and more)! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked and Amy welcomed us with several snacks, beverages, bread, and bottled water. Amy was also quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. There was a nice outdoor sitting area with comfortable furniture and multiple areas in the home for sitting, relaxing etc. We would definitely return if we came back to the area.

Wonderful house, excellent location

This house is great! Amy was very responsive. We found many extras in this house that aren’t in other rentals. We loved the filled snack basket in the kitchen, the basics in the refrigerator, and plenty of other basic items that we didn’t have to buy for one time use. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for 6 adults and one child. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property was great from the time we arrived. Communication with host Amy was easy and efficient and always available when needed. Great neighborhood tucked away. Home was extremely clean and super comfortable .Located near many places to eat with short driving distances. We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was only for 3 days. Would definitely stay at property again if back in the Colleyville area. Thanks Amy for the hospitality!
