Things to know
• All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• This is a private one-bedroom apartment located within a building that shares a common entry hallway with other apartments.
• Host is only permitted to correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation
• Please bring your own: Shampoo & conditioner, Body soap, Lotions, Coffee (Keurig K cups), Hair Dryer, And other personal items.
• Please bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, towels if you feel like you may need more than the ones supplied.
• You will receive check in for door codes and instructions etc. the morning of your check in date. Please do not enter before 3 pm. without prior permission in writing.

• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book.
• Parties are not allowed.
